If you are actually saving someone's life, you will be vindicated and need to take the risk. I don't understand what level of mental illness has effected us, but being a professional or 'getting paid' for what you're doing shouldn't give you some authoritative position over others. If someone stops you from removing your family member from a hospital and they are killing her due to malpractice, you need to actually fight the staff physically. You need to fight them at a level that justifies getting your loved on out. You can expect the hospital to call you mentally ill, delusional, and the other host of casual weaponized labels these monsters use on people. Expect to be charged with assault. Be smart about it though and get your loved one to another hospital and get them emergency care. If one hospital sends your loved one way down hill, its less likely that another hospital will just let them sit there in critical condition. If the hospital they are in caused the problem they'll most likely just let your loved one suffer. The scenario works out like this: You'll be arrested and charged. You'll need to prove that you used justified force. You'll need to post bail so that you can fight your case because that's not happening if you're locked up. Two weeks ago she was in excellent health, active and running a business. She entered the ER due to right side abdominal pain and a fever. The next morning she was diagnosed with gallstones and a treatment plan was in the process of being arranged when all of a sudden everything began to change. We were able to speak to her on the phone prior to that night and she was actively pleading for us to get her out, pleading for her life she said, "THEY'RE KILLING ME!". We did our best to get her out, but the hospital had full rights by law to keep her due to the cardiac status and there was no time to prove the diagnosis was bogus. We were finally able to get another hospital to agree to take over care and had transportation set up for the next morning. She died that same night, murdered for profit before we were able to get her out. It took all of eight days for them to take her life and we were powerless to do anything about it. I had a 20+ year career in the medical profession, Oncology, Internal and Emergency Medicine and I've seen a lot of fucked up shit. I left that career due to a loss of faith in the profession as a whole, but this was a whole other level of fucked up. What we saw and experienced was absolutely terrifying. DON'T GO TO THE FUCKING HOSPITAL, EVER!!! And Dont ever believe some hospital has a legal right to imprison anybody. That was one medical asshole helping another kill em. Seen it before. WHAT grown up worth being alive believes their shit? The dead. If she would have left the first lie or walked out when her family did she would be fine. If you believe these fkn fake shills teaching you "the hospital OWNS YOU!" Then I guess you are stupid and to be snuffed off? Idol worshipper? This was california, ny or london? Which shi*hole? My family had a similar experience with my father last November. 10 years living with lung cancer. We worked together everyday. One morning he had a life threatening emergency and needed to be transported by ambulance to the hospital. Because of Covid restrictions at the hospital, by the time were were able to talk to anyone the had him on a vent. This is different only in the way it all went down but the situations are the same. They didn't expect him to survive extubation but he did. He was recovering quickly, which all the doctors proclaimed a miracle. The day before he took a turn for the worse he pleaded with me to get him out of there. Just wanted to be home. He was convinced they were trying to kill him. Convinced to the point where he made me close the door to tell me how they were asking him strange questions and treating him sinisterly when the family wasn't around during non visiting hours. He was supposed to be transferred to rehab to strengthen his legs the morning he died. Whether he knew he was going to die or they really were trying to kill him we will never know for sure but his demeanor that last day tells my heart everything. Caapi |
