We are getting very, very close now. I’d say “imminent” is the right word. If the land mass crash is going to happen, it looks like it’s coming in days now, not weeks.

There hasn’t been much talk of it on this thread, but being on the coast when this happens and you’re toast, but the “day after” consequences are almost impossible to comprehend. We’re talking about comms, energy grid, everything down almost indefinitely.

What a time to be alive...

I'll try my best today. The dogs are called Padencos, they are bred here purely for hunting and they are treated very poorly here. The Hunter owners are arseholes and have no souls, The amount of them discarded after they get too old is unreal, there's packs of them roaming the mountains and scrounging for scraps from picnic areas. they are lovely dogs and lots of them get rescued but not enough. Also a lot of dogs are kept on roofs of houses all day as guard dogs, they never get walked and are not considered part of the family so I imagine 100's were left behind.

You won't see that in any news reports here though.

This is all very true. I have holidayed on a number of the Islands including Gran Canaria and even the cats are not well cared for by many of the locals. The animals often rely on the kindness of visitoes

It appears many Spainards can be a very vile beings when it comes to how they treat their hunting dogs. You think pitbull dogs fights are sick, which they are, but this is worse. Makes me not care what happens to some of the people over there. Man is the most evil of all creatures. In fact, man is the only evil creature in that they intentionally cause horrific harm and death.

It has been said that the dog is man's best friend. If this is true, then the galgos of Spain have been viciously betrayed.

There is a very cruel custom amongst some Spanish hunters, or "galgueros," that destroys more than 50,000 galgos every year.

The galgos are greyhounds used for hunting, but most are used for only one season and then discarded. If they hunt poorly, they are tortured as retribution for the shame they reflected upon their owners.

The reasoning of the galgueros is that by torturing and killing the dogs they wash away the dishonor the dogs displayed that brought shame to their masters. In reality, the practice is simply an exercise in sadism that involves burning the dogs with acid, dragging them behind cars, sacrificing them to fighting dogs, skinning them alive or burying them alive. The most famous torture is called the "piano dance;" this involves hanging the dog by the neck with the feet just touching the ground as it struggles to breathe and slowly is strangled to death by its movements.

Before the dogs are used to hunt, they are starved to make them hungry for the prey.

Good hunting dogs are "rewarded" by not being violently slain, and they are still often kept chained in stinking "zulos," underground bunkers soiled with feces.

When the dogs reach two or three years of age and are weakened by malnutrition and lack of care, it is simply cheaper for the galgueros to kill the dog to avoid feeding the dog until the next season, when they simply pick up a new dog for ten euros from one of many breeding facilities that supply the hunters. This is much less than the cost of food to maintain an adult dog between hunting seasons.

Because the galgos are regarded under Spanish law as working dogs, they are excluded from the laws relating to pets.

After reading this along with all the evil in the world done to and by mankind...covid jab crap, human trafficking, unending wars, etc., I am prone to hope this volcano and all the ones around the world erupt and practically wipe out the human race.

If a person is not part of the solution, then they are accomplices( wittingly or unwittingly) and part of the problem..at least if they are an adult. I simply don't understand why God is waiting so long to clean-up our vile species known as man.

Forgive me, as I am tired, but really sick of how wonderful our world could be, but is not.

This is something a lot of people don't get.

If the American power grid is still up and running when the wave hits...

America goes dark for weeks in some places, YEARS IN MOST!

Not only that but we will be dealing with absolutely horrifically deadly contaminated water and materials god knows how many miles inland that will then get into ground water and destroy crops etc for years to come.

It's why I'm sincerely hoping this doesn't happen or the projections are wrong because the consequences of them being right very likely ends the modern world as we know it for years.

10/2021 Temperature and casting sampling in La Laguna. Eruption of La Palma IGME-CSIC

The IGME colleagues, together with the support of the UME, are in the area of La Laguna where they measure 980 º C on the surface of the casting, to take a sample later. The piece of lava is partially molten and its plastic behavior. In the next measurement of the temperature of the lava flow in front N, a maximum value of 1,150ºC is recorded. Another measurement in another front (nº 8) gives 1,004ºC. Finally, the IGME will be able to study a sample taken at 1,140 ºC

10/20/21 Tª and sampling Pahoehoe streams, San Antonio and San Nicolás area. La Palma IGME-CSIC eruption

Pahoehoe-type streams have formed in the San Antonio area from the Northwest emission center. The IGME colleagues together with the support of the UME take the temperature and samples of the laundry.

You can see the "sea" of boiling lava ...

Later, they move to the San Nicolás area, where they measure a temperature of 1,150 C in the Pahoehoe-type lavas. The viscosity of the semi-molten sample is appreciated, followed by rapid cooling with water.

As said, it's a rumour, lots of locals posting about it too

I'll save my bs flag for now since the drone team seems to have not been able to locate them. It would be a great help if you could navigate and decipher their twitter and website for the information they are putting out. Maybe update us on any progress?

I saw video just recently of them dropping food and water, so the two weeks didn't sound right to me, but I don't speak Spanish.

Oh Paul that makes me so fucking mad. How anyone can treat an animal bad is beyond me.

Keep scrolling. Additional links within. Some of those links are from early on and not updated, but contain useful info.
