I crushed them up all individually and ran a magnet over each. I put that debris on paper plates and ran the magnet underneath. I’m sure you e seen videos of people doing the same. Absolutely filled with metal FLAKES and PARTICLES. Not trace minerals.

Shills will say it’s just iron but that’s a lie. These were pieces I could pick up with tweezers. Iron supplements should be trace. As in the size of molecules. These were metal shavings whatever they were.

Organic cereals were clean. And that’s all we eat. My dumb ass mother Inlaw had the General Mills poison so I threw it all in the trash.
