SOLUTION: Create multiple corporations that employ less than 100 people -- and contract them to the parent

Solution:

Lets say company "A" has 400 employees. Create 5 new corporations, Company "B", "C", "D" "E" and "F". Terminate your employee from Company "A" and move them into one of the 5 smaller companies. Then hire each sub-company to provide specific services for company "A".

Sure, a little thought should go into the actual structure, like you might move all sale people into one corp, drivers into another, etc.

I am just saying there ARE ways around this BS.

Biden has gone full of dictator and people need to fight back. You can't just close down or lose all your employees because half of them will walk.

All problems have creative solutions.
