Anti-vaxxers tape razor blades to posters at rail and Tube stations 'to cut people trying to remove them' [ link to www.dailymail.co.uk (secure)] Be careful when your ripping one of their dumb posters down..
I'd guess if you don't let your emotions govern your behavior and rather than get mad and rip it down simply take it down carefully so as not to damage it or what it is attached to this wouldn't be a problem.
