awesome! I had a weird dream early this morning that i was sleeping in a perfectly round red-upholstered bed. I remember thinking how comfortable is this round bed, I could stay here forever. The bed seemed really familiar to me, like I’d always slept there.

The dream was way deeper than that, I had sort of a “life review” where someone was asking me about decisions I made a long time ago. In the dream we were all telepathic, some on different levels. Mine was being tested. I could pull paper towels off the roll, tear them, crumple them up, and even toss them at someone. Crazy!

Happy 5782, it's here!

I love apples and honey!

In song of Solomon the lover has breath that smells of apples, this verse came to me yesterday thinking milk and honey,and apples...
The lover is like an apple tree on the midst of the forest, and their breath smells like apples.

I adore all things baking.
Being gluten free, it is tough to get the exact right dough for breadmaking with yeast.
Anything else is a breeze by now. Have not made gluten free creampuffs though. Pizelles, easy.


the challah - a braided yeast bread - is formed into a circle instead of straight like a regular loaf for this day.

Apples, hunny, pecans, butter, orange marmelade go with this.
