Last year using their emergency powers governments began collecting DNA without the donors knowlege, linking that DNA directly to names, addresses, workplaces, social media accounts, fingerprint databases, ID cards, cell phones and everything else you could ever imagine and they've been doing it ever since. All of the western nations have now passed amendments to their existing laws allowing them to keep your DNA indefinately and allowing law enforcement and government agencies unfettered access to it.
