Urgent! Need help re vaxx exemption for friend in Montana

I live in another country. He had to move back to the US because as a paraplegic, he could no longer afford to care for himself. I am trying to protect him by reaching out and getting advice that will keep him from getting jabbed.

What benefits are they threatening and is it the care center or the federal government that is threatening to revoke benefits?

The care center has a vaxxed policy and it appears they are threatening local benefits (food stamps, etc.) It's hard because he doesn't have an advocate there. Everyone wants him jabbed and they are willing to lie or threaten a disabled person to push the vaxx.. He is out of his league. He was never part of the system and doesn't understand how it works.

Peggy Hall explains the law very well, and has countless videos that everyone needs to watch so they can understand, and then demand their God given rights are respected.

This is just bullying and it is unlawful. Sounds like the care home is getting kickbacks for 100% compliance, just like doctors do for vaccines in their practice.

It is despicable so many have chosen to harm others just for a buck, and for the despotic evil fake power they feel when they do this. There is mass possession going on.

They also want to kill him for the bucks. Still handing out 50 grand for intubation death, plus money on top of that for covid diagnosis, which would be fraudulent.

This is outright fraud, racketeering and murder.

Once he puts together an exemption letter after listening to Peggy, i recommend he and everyone further their education and learn about the Supreme Law of the Land.

I would also have him contact his county sheriff, remind them of their oath and ask for their help by filing a criminal complaint, since he is now a victim of gross medical, criminal malfeasance and he is being threatened. He can read and send them information so they understand what their job actually is.

Your friend need should already know what to do. I find you can't tell people how to defend themselves. They have to learn on thier own. Most of them will cave when the time comes to fight back anyway!

The care home has a fiduciary relationship with the government, and therefore must uphold what is lawful and constitutinal. If they do not, their license can and should be revoked. What they are doing is illegal, unlawful and criminal.

The sheriffs can implement an investigation because these care homes are thieves who take control of the people they are supposed to serve ssi benefits, etc.

They are not respecting his wishes, which they are bound by law to do, and cna not force-ably inject him nor thru extortion threats or bribery make him take something he does not give them permission to do.

He should try to move somewhere asap, before they sedate him and intubate him and kill him, they are doing this everywhere.
He should still contact his sheriff even if he does move, for he is not the only one they are doing this to.

Tell him to go to jdfarag.org and request a religious exemption. However, I am surprised his docto(s) won't supply him with a medical exemption.

Additionally, the Montana governor signed into law that there would be no Vax mandates in Montana following is an excerpt from the linked article. They cannot force him to get it or kick him out. They are harassing and lying to him.

Additionally, if you want to protect him, go to a news station and contact the government Healthcare facilities oversight department...turn them in .

They cannot legally deny him these benefits. The nursing home is forcing him to get the jab so they can get a government bonus. No one I know who is disabled and getting food stamps and medicaid has been told they will be denied if they don't get the jab.

This is so sad. It's absolutely abuse as these threats cause so much mental anguish for people. I sincerely hope he is able to fight this, mentally and emotionally. it does take a toll especially on people that are already facing such challenges as he is.

I have a family member that works at a nursing home in Texas. She told me that they had covid patients again, 4 of whom were vaccinated and 1 wasn't. Sounds like there is no "rule" that all nursing home residents have to be vaccinated.

I read here that the Chinese vaccine Sinovac isnt as bad as the others because it's made from deactivated virus not MNRA.

So far as internet I use "visible" no data limit flat $40/mo and allows hot spot to laptop

Weird. I'd contact the state legislature. Montana is the only state to pass a law making vaccine mandates illegal for private employers. They're hardcore.

If you can tell me the care facility and name I will be an advocate. I am here in Missoula. Like. I said...45 days in ICU. And murder hospitals trying to send me out for botched liver transplant? Montana is the only state I'm aware of that has laws on the books about discriminating against someone who doesn't want to be given the mRNA therapy shots.

I'd be surprised if they could legally demand your friend be "vaccinated" since the state of Montana is leading the country in laws preventing businesses, employers, etc. from using "vaccination" status to discriminate.

I just heard about his in the morning. He is not an aggressive type and hates to make waves, but he doesn't want the shot. I am assuming his family members got it and are ramping up the pressure. he doesn't ahve finds for a lawyer, so I wil try to help him best as I can if it comes to that.

I sent him the information on the thread and hopefully he will let me put him in touch with someone in the same area willing to help him.

Someone mentioned that the only exemption to the Montana law was care facilities. I will look more into that as well.

They are outright lying to him. I live in Montana, collect SS and SNAP. I have numerous friends that live in assistive living facilities, and no one has even raised even the possibility of benefits being taken away for non-vaccinated status.

I'm not saying that they may try this in the future, but as of now - NOBODY in Montana is being forced to vax.
