Urgent! Need help re vaxx exemption for friend in Montana
One of my dearest friends in the world is a paraplegic living in a govt. subsidized assisted living facility. He has been told he will lose benefits if not jabbed.

He has kidney issues. The doctors said he would not live past 35 because of it, but he has persevered. The spike protein concentrations in the organs would likely be fatal.

I sent him link to frontline doctors, but if someone has a contact in Missoula that could help or advocate for him, it is very much appreciated.

We used to hang out surfing GLP for news. He was the only person in my physical location whom I could talk to about these subjects. Now that he is in the US at a care facility, surfing conspiracy sites is not an option permitted by the internet administrators at his residence.

As you know, the pressure to get jabbed is intense. He has never had a vaxx. He has huge problems coughing and sneezing, so he cannot afford to get covid, but he cannot afford the side effects of vaxx, either.

Are they saying he will lose social security disability benefits if not jabbed? That's the first I have heard of this if so. I've been thinking they will try it, but have not heard of it being done yet. Are is it some other type of benefit, such as food stamps, etc.?

Montana governor Greg Gianforte signed into law Montana House Bill 702, under which Montana became the first jurisdiction to recognize an individual’s vaccination status as a protected category. The law also prohibits employers from requiring employees to disclose their immunization status and bars employers from requiring employees to receive certain types of vaccines or to possess an immunity passport. The law is effective immediately.

The legislation, House Bill 702, makes it unlawful for employers to refuse or bar employment or discriminate against a person based on whether they have been vaccinated.

It also prohibits a person or governmental entity from denying goods, services or employment opportunities based on vaccination status. Further, it prevents a public accommodation from limiting or excluding people based on whether they have been vaccinated.

The legislation clarifies that these requirements do not prohibit employers or governmental entities from recommending employees get vaccinated. It also doesn't apply to vaccination requirements from schools or day care facilities.

What he needs:
-Doctor's note explaining his condition and at-risk status
-Letter of liability from lawyer
-Health assessment and bloodwork with the hard numbers prior to needle stab
-Possibly judge's order of any form (lawyer will know)

The judge's order will add heavy merit to the case, and put the condition of your friend and the matter on the record.

Then your friend goes in, and says 'sure I'll get the jab, my lawyer and the judge said you just have to sign here, here and initial here first'.
Embrace the cognitive dissonance.

Yes, he will lose food stamps, nursing and physical therapist care, and other benefits for a paraplegic. The assisted living center is pushing it as well. He needs someone 24/7. He was in a horrible accident when he was 18 (not his fault), and his father squandered the insurance settlement, leaving him in need of lifetime care that he cannot afford. He never accepted a penny of public assistance for the first 20 years - not even Social Security that he was entitled to by law.

He moved out of the US for affordable nursing care, but had to return two years ago because his monthly bills were too high (living in poverty and forced to pay poverty wages, too) and he need medical care and to get set up on Social Security.

This is what we are using here. Modify it accordingly.

Dear Sir/Madam

I recently had an invitation to receive a SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine, it is great

to see a heath care professional/company employer contacting me and watching out for my best health interests, especially, where I am being threatened or forced into taking a vaccine which is experimental and probably does not even work. The manufacturers of these so called, unapproved vaccines talk about how great and wonderful these vaccines are, but on the last page, they seem all say that they may work, which means that the manufacturers of these vaccines have no clue as to whether they will or will not work since they have not said that they will work.

Before making any related medical decisions, as a concerned citizen in these

uncertain times, I have a few technical questions which I would really

appreciate you answering if possible. I have numbered them for ease of answer

and follow up. (Would you be so kind as to respond in writing)

The following points which seem fundamental to me:

1- Give me the complete list of vaccine ingredients currently in circulation

in our country ;

2- Certify that the vaccine you plan to inject me does not contain MRC5

(aborted fetal cells or

traces of human DNA/RNA), which would go against my religious beliefs;

3- Certify that there is no risk of iatrogenic reactions;

4- Inform me of all contraindications and potential side effects, repairable

or irreparable, in the

short, medium and long terms;

5- Certify myself unequivocally and in good faith, in compliance with

article 13 of the Oviedo

Convention (3), that this technology does not have the potential to modify

human DNA thanks to what is called reverse transcriptase, which explicitly

allows transfer of information from mRNA to DNA;

6- Certify that this vaccine does not contain inserts of the HIV virus;

7- Certify that the vaccine does not contain a Radio-frequency

Identification chip (Rfid) or

nanotechnology in any form;

8- Certify that all the medical parameters concerning the tests and studies

required have been been satisfied;

9- Specify what are the other possible treatments to fight against SARSCoV-

2 by detailing the

advantages and disadvantages of each treatment, within the meaning of

●

Article 2 of Nuremberg Code.

10- Since this is an entirely experimental an unapproved vaccine, if anything goes wrong from being injected with this garbage, sorry, vaccine, that the medical health insurance will honor any and all medical claims arising from allergic and/or any side effects from the vaccine, known or unknown. In the event of loss of employment due to the vaccine becoming mandatory,

certify that workers comp will fully pay my salary, due to any disabilities resulting from taking the vaccine, until such time that the no longer exists.

In addition, please answer me simply, yes or no, to the following questions:

1. If I get vaccinated, can I stop wearing a mask?

2. If I get the vaccine, can I stop social distancing?

3. If I get vaccinated, do I still have to adhere to the curfew?

4. If my parents, grandparents and I are all vaccinated, can we hug again?

5. If I get vaccinated, will I be resistant to Covid and its many variants and for

how long?

6. If I get vaccinated, will I avoid severe forms with hospitalization, as well as

death?

7. If I get the vaccine, will I be contagious to others?

8. If I experience a serious adverse reaction, long term effects (still unknown)

even resulting in death, will I (or my family) be compensated?

On the other hand, in addition to your answers, I intend to inform myself in a

contradictory way by the indications given by laboratories and official

government experts, but also by independent scientists and testimonials from

people who have already been vaccinated: This is just when I have gathered all

this information that I will be able to give you my free and informed consent,

after having objectively assessed the benefit / risk balance.

If necessary, I will come back to you, possibly having selected the vaccine that

would suit best. I am in perfect health and have no intention of traveling, which

allows me to take a little perspective in order to make a thoughtful and

responsible decision, always keeping in mind the Hippocratic oath which

remains the founding stone of our medicine: "primum non nocere".

Please accept, Madam, Sir, the assurance of my highest consideration.

giving me and my fellow employees raises since all of us work so hard and are really in need of a vacation.

I was so touched by your concern for my health that I had to contact my lawyer due to how much your concern for my health touched me.

My lawyer says that since you are so concerned with covid-19 and the health of all the other employees that he wants the status of all other employee’s health conditions in regard to other forms of communicable diseases. We would be demanding medical information on employees with aids, hepatitis, flu, STDs, measles, mumps, leprosy, and any other communicable disease not herewith mentioned.

My lawyer already has these papers drawn up so that they can be served the very day vaccinations become a requirement for being able to earn a living since you have decided to take over the role of being my physician. It is important to the overall health of the company employees so that the company can initiate an immediate health care policy towards communicable diseases and allow the company to section off, quarantine employees who are a threat towards other employees and the company in general due to their having an active communicable disease. This would inhibit any employees, having an illness which they could spread to others, including the common cold. Since the company is now taking the responsibility of stopping the spread of covid-19, it only makes since, because they are so caring, that they take responsibility for stopping the spread of any
