The virus exploits the action of Furin cleavage via the ACE2 receptor to gain entry into cells.
Makes sense if you have more Furin, then more virus can gain entry, no? And since the chronic inflammation has the immune system already heightened, the severity of infection must be related and proportional to said existing chronic inflammation.
Just my theory, but works well I think.

No. They are inflamed. Inflamed from vaccinations. They have been prepped like an old Turkey.

Only way they can be saved is to stop wearing under arm products, switch to no meat & non-dairy diet, keep caloric macro at 2000 cal daily, SWEAT in the Sun or sauna three times a day, and for Heaven's sake, STOP INJECTING YOURSELVES WITH MYSTERY JUICE

I don't know for sure, but common sense says anything other than proper nutrition going into one's body, the equilibrium will shift away from optimal.
Lots of bodybuilders inject insulin. For me, the hidden root cause of most if not all metabolic disease(s) is hyperinsulinemia.
Look up Dr Kraft. Just because the body looks good, does not mean the metabolic status follows suit, especially if steroids are involved.

A decent guess would be that a high percentage of the other 22% who are not fat would be wasted away older people.

IOW, only a small percentage of covid victims are fit people. And another guess would be that smokers would aos be at higher risk.

If these are correct assessments, only a tiny percent of people who are fit, nonsmokers would get covid.

People obese usually also have other health maladies such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and a whole host of other concerns.
