2 pit bulls mauled my cat about 2 weeks ago. I was not at home but several neighbors tried to help, my one ni=eighbor told me how scared my cat was. My cats stay in the yard, both elderly.

There are way too many pit bulls in the neighborhood. I used to have a pointer that would chase other cats out of the yard, I don't think he would have been able to help against 2 pits.

They need to stop breeding them,

I'm a dog lover but I have no time for Pitbulls. I'd never trust one. For some reason women love them and call them Pitties. The only good one is a dead one.

btw, I'm female and do not like them, my favorite dog was an English Pointer mixed with Setter, he was an awesome dog.

always stab for the ribs, their skulls are very thick and the blade will get stuck.

Same goes for shooting them with a pistol, either straight into the mouth/throat/neck or contact shot into the ribs/spine, takes them out of the fight fast.

I don't breed cats. all my pets are spayed or neutered. One of my outdoor cats was a wild kitten that the mother cat dropped off because he had ringworm. The other outdoor one was raised outdoors and also older, hard to get the wild outdoor one to stay in.

My outdoor cats keep the mole population down. So, not useless.

Pit bulls have been a menace in my neighborhood lately, ots of neighbors have them for some reason.

One killed a 8 y.o. girl here several months ago and attacked the mother as well . They were dog sitting two older ones . Saddest thing . They have been inbred and a lot of times puppy mills do not take into account temperment or they like how aggressive they are . I have seen some that seemed sweet but I would Never have one .

Cats are far from useless. They provide a low maintenance, low cost, pest control service for any house, barn, or farmyard. And when they're not doing that, they're either sleeping or doing some really funny shit.

Problem is most do not raise them correctly. I see it all the time. There is one near my neighborhood that I see walk his pit daily, he may be raising his correctly. The dog seems well controlled when he walks him.

There are on average 15 mass shootings a week and 90%+ they are black, the rest are mostly brown, occasionally it is a white person and that is the one that makes the news.
