So I got some Ivermectin today....

Just take it. Pea size amount. Its never killed anyone.

That's what they all say. It's fine to take. Take it by your weight. If you are sick take it every day. If not take it once a week. I have already cured mine with the Ivermectin paste so it's safe.

There was a thread on it a day or so ago that said NOT to use the one with another ingredient in it....but I wonder if there IS one without that "boticide" in it....or if they meant a different "other ingredient."

boticide is a descriptive term but it's not an active ingredient

ivermectin IS boticide. As long as it only lists ivermectin as active ingredient, you are fine.

true story,

bought some and wanted to simply try it to see what happens, and I took half an adult dose.

I was in such a state of energy and happiness for about 36hrs and it faded. I couldn't believe how happy it made me and even my wife commented on it, lol.

Boticide is what it does--that is not an ingredient.
The one with the other ingredient in it says Ivermectin and then has a second name on it.

Take roughly 1/6 of the tube. Squirt whole tube onto a plate and make a nice even line and then break into 6 parts. The measuring tube can be very unreliable. Take extras and just store in separate zip lock bags.

Take one dose per day for 2-3 days.

If you are a heavy drinker or Tylenol taker, take one dose every two days instead until feel better. Easier on liver. May take longer than two days to feel better but will work also.

I have a theory that because of the American diet and generally people do not use natural remedies, that most people have parasites. So even if no virus, taking ivermectin once every couple years, may be a fantastic fkin idea. Everyone I know that took it swears the same thing you just said

Does it say Anthelmintic and boticide on the box? If so, I have been taking it as a preventative for almost a year with no side effects at all.

NAC cleans the liver, right? I take it often. They use it to detox tylenol overdose.

Thanks for the tips on dosage, but it really isn't for me (right now), but another critter under my roof....dosage amounts will be significantly smaller.

FTR, a friend gave me some Panacur and I SWEAR the "critter" sprang to life almost immediately (within hours) of first dose! She wanted to purchase Ivermectin, but they were out at our local animals supply house, so she had to get something, and she bought this tube of Panacur and had it with her when we talked about it Saturday.

"Horse Ivermectin Paste dosage:
6.08 X 1000 = 6080 mg

6080 X.0187 = 113.696 mg IVM per tube, rounded up to 114 mg
114 / 12mg = 9.5 doses per tube. Each Tube has 25
knotches*****

25 / 9.5 = 2.6 knotches per 12mg dose of IVM.
A fat horse could use 16 mg dose of IVM
114 / 16 = 7.125 dose per tube. Each Tube has 25 knotches*****

25 / 7.125 = 3.5 knotches.

**** Some of the tubes have 27 knotches. The first 2 knotches are there because the cap fits so tight, it actually pushes the IVM down the tube. So when you are measuring out the dosage, take the cap off and then very gently push the plunger so the IVM is at the top of the tube. Do this each time for each dosage.

I’m not really sure to be honest. You prob are correct. You seem smart and I’m sure you research stuff. I only know about ivermectin because I have read every possible study I could find.
