That there would be bad repercussions for the Delaware Valley and the Susquehanna Valley and surrounding areas near those rivers when the Ida remnants hit due to the highly saturated ground there already. maybe some other factors too. warned someone yesterday. Many people saying this is the first time they've ever experienced a flood in their area/s. Freaking them out.
