Sounds like a simple miscommunication. The Dairy Queen was negligent as they didn’t clarify, while he was peeing on the floor, that they wanted him to wear a mask and not pee on the floor.

That's not accounting for the fact that the masks people are wearing do nothing to prevent the virus from going through. It's like trying to catch sand using a fishing net.
