1) The medical establishment has reluctantly admitted that the vaccines do not stop transmission of the virus and instead are only at this point touting its ability to "lessen symptoms". If this is so then herd immunity is technically impossible so why are are still you pushing so hard for everyone to take it? Why is the CDC still trying to reach the upper threshold of the herd immunity figures when it doesn't even apply?

2) If herd immunity is impossible, and the vaccine doesn't stop people from catching COVID or passing it on, then what difference does it make to you if I am vaccinated or not? Is there something special about the same COVID that has passed through either of the groups? All the makers of the vaccine claim at this point is lessened individual symptoms, so the threshold of the vaccine's potential has been reached when YOU take YOUR dose - so why do you keep bothering me about taking it?

3) For a COVID strain to be vaccine resistant it typically has had to undergo specific mutations within people who have taken the vaccine and adapted right? We don't blame those who don't take antibiotics for antibiotic resistance do we? Why are we now blaming the unvaxxed?

4) The side effects of the vaccines (particularly the clotting related side effects) are identical to the novel clotting problems that freaked everybody out when COVID was new. Do you think this is sheer coincidence that the disease and the supposed cure share a majority of the exact same symptoms? Do you not see anything wrong with that? If you took the tetanus vaccine and you ran the risk of it twisting you into a pretzel just like tetanus itself wouldn't that cause you some reasonable concern? Particularly because the risk of getting tetanus is so low in the first place?

Sure. It isn't that it (supposedly) lessens symptoms that is the problem. It is that they admit that ALL it does is lessen symptoms and nothing else.

The idea of herd immunity is that when a critical mass of people (or animals) take a real working vaccine or gain natural resistance from catching it and build antibodies, the virus meets a dead-end of transmission because the number of people with no antibodies is so small that it dead-ends the transmission chain throughout the herd.

eg. 80% vaxxed, 20% unvaxxed with a real vaccine:

unvaxxinated man gets a virus and of the next 5 people he meets he can only infecting one that won't pretty much immediately halt it. And that person only has a chance of infecting one of the next of the five guys he meets and so on so the odds for the virus are diminished every cycle.

This vaccine does not stop forward transmission from the sender or the receiver so there is no way that herd immunity can ever be reached because of the five people he comes in contact with all 5 are up for grabs. And of those 5 the next 25 are up for grabs and so on.

So in the end it matters not if you have even taken the Covid vaxx as far as herd immunity goes which was supposedly their entire goal of the exercise.
