Instead, they referred us to the National COVID Response Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, who said that there were 1.3 million doses of the vaccine on the truck that were heading to Ghana. Told me it was a 35+ hour call. Over 50 units responded. A lot of fighting who ran the scene. They originally began sending teams of 3 down to unload the truck. After numerous people in hazmat suits began passing out they changed their plan. It took 3 wreckers to pull the truck up where they then began reloading vaxs on a new truck. DOH and DOD would only release redacted forms of hazardous chemicals being transported, and then on final report told local first responders that the report was TBD based on future respitory ailments. He also said there is no way those vaccines could be used after being in the heat for 35 hours. Some weird shit here...  Wonder if this has anything to do with why all of a sudden they are working at 'warp speed' to upgrade the train tracks near my house? Seriously, they are working day and night (they were out there Sunday night at 8:00) pulling ties and replacing them- there have been trains running on average like 1 or 2 a day for years now on this line, so it's not like they aren't currently usable, but they are working at what seems to me a frantic pace to complete the upgrade by some date or something. I have also noticed a lot of brand new unmarked white vans and other utility type vehicles all over, many with no plates and still sporting the stickers on the hood from the factory? Just saw one while out walking the dog with a brand new white trailer attached that had a line tied into the overhead power-line, leading directly into the small trailer and what appeared to be 1 person in there (could see a bit through the heavily tinted window on the side). I almost stopped to ask him what he was doing- My doom sense is tingling- something is about to go down...  |
