Yes it is being shortened. It even says it in the Bible - For the sake of the elect, the days will be shortened in the end times.

And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

I've read that time seems to speed up as you age because you experience less novelty.

However events we now see unfolding seem very novel to me, as a 49 year old it is quite surreal, these last two years in particular.

Time has been flying by for me too. I just retired (60 days ago) and it'll be Sunday and next I know it's Thursday and I am like darn where'd the week go!

BALONEY....you are wrong as usual. we are very close to the beginning of the 7 year tribulation period. It will be so bad during this time that GOD will shorten the days.

I agree 100%. I've been telling my wife that for the last few years it feels like time is flying by. Everything I think about feels like it was just "yesterday" even when it was years ago. I believe that time is accelerating or something weird is going on. Manipulation of time or reality in some way. I think we are living in the end days as the Bible predicts, just look around us. And things are only getting worse and at an alarming rate. North America keeps on bringing immigrants in at an unprecedented level and soon we will have religious wars in our own countries. Once they have enough extremist Muslims they will decide to push their religion on us and start doing what's happening over seas. Except people here will fight back and it'll become crazy. And it won't be a fluke. This is being orchestrated by the devil, working through the Satan worshipping elites.

Days being shortened doesn't mean a day will be less than 24 hours. It means the cumulative days during that time period will be shortened. Think, instead of years, maybe months. Or instead of months, weeks. Got it?

I believe time is relevant to the observer. I always count to 10 in my head very slowly (as much as possible) when I'm having fun - just to make it last longer. Try it - you'll like it.
