If tenant does not vacate she can file for eviction for a "hold over". Hold over evictions are allowed pretty much everywhere even during a moratorium. When you lock people up 24/7 in their homes under conditions of extreme stress, fear and uncertainty, a lot of relationships will deteriorate in a pressure cooker like that. |
