I think it was conceived when they put this senile old fuck up to run against Trump, then used the press and voting machines to get this unwitting Manchurian candidate into office. Once he was in, his handlers set this up, under monkey ears direction, to overthrow Afghanistan, and leave the enemy with 80 billion in high tech weaponry. Now they will have a terrorist country to rival Iran, right next to a nuclear armed Pakistan. It’s just a matter of time before they cross that border.
