Bumping...prayers for the lot of you. You literally are going through the trials of Job. Made of stern stuff there buddy from another mother. I have no clue what you look like, but I do have an impression. Maybe wrong...but this man, to me, a foreigner, embodies Americana. LIke you my friend.

No, MyChart is more accurate than trusting some overworked/overstressed employee to tell him what her chart says over the phone. MyChart will give her information on all medicines prescribed and when they were prescribed. They are her actual charts.

And I could be wrong, but laws are on the books to make sure all medicines and treatments are entered on a patient's chart so accurate records are available to ensure no additional medicines/treatments will negatively interact with the previous medicines/treatments. The chart also allows good employees to observe if certain medicines/treatments are having a beneficial result or not.

It's all a moot point, though, as OP seems uninterested in making sure his wife has a voice when she needs it but is unable. It baffles and disheartens me beyond words. WHY WON'T OP EITHER DO THIS OR ASK FOR SOMEONE'S HELP?!?!?!
