I met a couple last week on a patio, the guy was from Australia, 34 years old, played guitar since he was 8, taught many people, and is currently in a popular band. I asked him if he would give me lessons, he gave me an enthusiastic yes, told me the rates and I was good with that, gave him my business card and told him I would love to start next week, he said great he would email me to set up an appointment.

Conversely, I have inadvertently banned people.(fumble fingered)

I have never banned anyone here on my threads, thought I have removed some non-thread related shit posts from some of my threads.

I banned a friend recently just to stop the thread from being derailed when they turned it into a TDS thread, when it had nothing to do with Don.

I later removed the ban.

I used to get my ego bruised when banned, but after time its really nothing to take personally.

Kindly ask whoever it is what you did, and have patience. People get drunk, forget, mix you up with others, etc.

Life is too short to let the small things ruin your mood.

Right now all I have banned are a.c.'s and if they let them post again, I will un-ban any a.c. who asks politely -- once they are able to post again.
