I am deathly afraid of spiders

I have 2 porch spiders. Jerry and Philippe.

It was raining the other morning and they both must have watched the weather channel and knew it would rain all day because they never took down their webs.

Natures amazing.

They know everything, we know nothing.

They are so thick here in tha woods you can’t walk 5 feet without running into a web.

I used to have a car spider. He would hang out behind my driver side view mirror, and pop out to say hello every once in awhile. Now I have garage spiders. They're pretty cool. The trick is figuring out where they like to hang out and just let them be. We have an understanding. They stay in their spots and I stay in my spots.

I let them live outside . Inside no . I have a beautiful Garden spider that lives on the back side of my rosemary plant . It has its web connected to the window pane . It had a wasp one morning and the next a dragon fly . The thing is Big , green,yellow,black and white .

One of the funniest memories I have was riding in my friend's car while his girlfriend was driving. We discovered there was a huge brown recluse in the back seat. It was night time so it was hard to see, but I was laughing my ass off while my friend's girlfriend almost crashed the car. She was in a bit of a panic.

I walk my dog through the woods and carry a spider stick to knock them down. I missed one once that was huge. One of the orb weaver type that must have been 4 ft in diameter. If anyone saw me run into it they would have thought I was possessed.

We live in the woods and as another poster said, can't walk 5 feet without running into a web. They used to make their webs over our heads after a while, but not this year, been saying our spiders are broken.

Have some on the porches, many writing spiders throughout the garden and yard, and banana spiders down by the pond. Spiders don't bother me much, palmetto bugs make me cry, but haven't seen many of them since we moved out into the woods, they were bad in the city.

Not my favorite animal, for sure, but they're useful and an important part of nature. If there's a big one in my bedroom, she's gotta go. Other than that, we're pretty much live and let live. Which is a far cry from the irrational fear I used to feel when I saw one of them.

I don’t like wasps

It’s nice to have a spider stick.
If you wear one of those head lamps (flashlight on tha forehead) you can see hundreds of little spider eyes on the ground at night. It is freaky.
