I have been taking these herbs and supplements for years. One thing I would change especially for men, is changing Kutki instead Milk Thistle because it has been shown to have estrogenic-mimicking effects on men. Kutki actually shown to works better than milk thistle, in the long run.

I've tried to find a good liposomal C and none of them seem to really be what they say they are. Any suggestions?

Maybe NAC is good for other reasons, but I've never seen good evidence that graphene oxide is in the shots. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.

I was hoping for a video where they were pulling out some stuff out of the body and it contained graphene oxide. This is a guy showing some bottles of pills.

I understand that carbon is not a metal by definition, but graphene oxide is electrically conductive and magnetic... it has all the material properties of metal.

Not sure if that really removes. How can antioxidants dissolve something inorganic like graphene oxide? It can perhaps neutralize its harms, but that is not the same thing of eliminating it 100% from the body.

The important thing when comparing brands is to be sure it uses ascorbic acid and phosphatidylcholine from lecithin.

The inferior brands are using Ascorbyl Palmitate, ascorbyl oleate, and cetyl ascorbate. They are often not truly liposomal.

Also, some dry powder forms are not using dry liposomal technology, but just blending various forms of vitamin c with lecithin or coconut oil powder and calling it liposomal.

Of course, companies can cheat with liquid liposomal too. Always best to check for a longer established company, call their customer service and see if you can trip them up, and read customer reviews.

Well I can confirm I have been taking NAC for about two months now.
About five weeks ago my 17y/o daughter brought COVID home, tested positive 3 times with the fake test then by the local testing station. She was very ill with it for about a week, the wife soon after came down with it and so did my 7y/o daughter. I only had a fever that lasted about 3 hours and that was it, I was fine, did not feel ill, nothing.

It came into the house the very day I got the keys for a house I bought due to separating from the wife, due to shit going on because of the separation the exe would not allow me to give the kids NAC the previous weeks.

The wife got the jab three months ago, I swear just to piss me off, anyway she got hit the worst with it, 5 days she did not eat and just stayed on the couch, I had my 7y/o with me in the new house and the oldest stayed with her mum to look after her. Now consider this, the exe wife runs marathons, she has a resting heart rate of an athlete so super fit, gym 4 to 5 times a week, out running all the time. Me I sit on a computer all day programming and I smoke, yet I was the only one not affected.

Sweating has been my medicine for when I feel shit for a very long time, any time I feel bad I wrap up in bed, put heater on if its cold and even if its disgustingly sweaty I carry on sweating.

I have gone to bed feeling shit and then wake up like new.

Specially for when I feel a cold coming... or cough cough Covid19, hehe.

Like I say to so many people: "sweat it out"... some vitamin C and be patient, read your body, I am 40 and still learning about myself so dont be arrogant thinking you are fine and then carry on on the same daily grind without considering you might need more rest and more sweating before you get back on the grind that made you ill in the first place.

That is true. In the body, enzymes and aminos and acids break down proteins.
That is why the fda banned n-acetyl-cysteine some weeks before the vaxx. They do know it works.
I think it is survival here and people that learned this will have to keep chasing answers until all the people that did not learn things are not broadcasting our survival strategies to be identified and targeted.

Sorry to hear about your daughter, but looks like you are doing the best to keep her healthy and safe.

My friend is doing better. Still hard to breathe and cannot lay down, but making progress. Thank you for the prayers. I believe that is what got her through. She has beaten cancer three times; her body is weak, so she needs any help she can get.

Headed out this week to see if a 200 y.o. plus tree is still standing. Have not seen it in a year, as the trails are overgrown and several trees fell on the stream during hurricanes a few years ago, making that route to my waterfall pointless. It is big enough for three people to stand inside the hollowed out trunk.
