The world is so effed up right now. I wish I could give you some good advise, but nowadays laws, hippa, rights and freedoms don't exist.
The only thing I can say is that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I have two friends in similar situations.

My ex got herself and our son vaxxed, I’m pissed but here is nothing I can do about it, I found out after the fact.

Social Security Disability is a good option.

You can still work while on disability, in fact they encourage people who are disabled to hold down a job. There's just a limit on what you can earn, if you're not declared permanently disabled. This can be accomplished with reduced hours / days worked if the hourly wage is high, such as the work the OP has mentioned that her husband wants her son to interview for.

I think companies may have a quota cap for people who are disabled, to work for them, so applying under stated disabling conditions may not yield the desired results, for her husband to get him a job.

Her husband has a stated goal, to get her son vaccinated against covid. The excuse is that the company he is applying to requires vaccination. The company may allow the interview, but not have work at that time. But the stated goal to have her son vaccinated will be achieved.

A restraining order may be what is needed, to stand and fight, instead of taking her son away, and running away, to prevent her husband from preying upon her son, to get him vaxxinated against the wishes of his mother. Having the status of disability through the Social Security would be in her best interest. The court may find favor for her, under the assumption that the father is presenting his plan to vaccinate his son as an abusive action.

Suggest that the mother, the OP, should speak with her local county prosecutor to discuss filing a restraining order against her husband, which may lead to other actions, such as a divorce settlement. Also she should have her son apply for Social Security Disability as soon as possible, in order to protect his future well-being. One immediate benefit will be that he will be approved to have a Medicare health insurance policy of his own. In addition, there are other organizations that will be ready to assist her with her son, in his disabled status.

Because if she takes the younger son too, there will be amber alerts and she will be made to look like a real nut case & horrible mother in the fake news.

Child number 3 is 18 and does not want the shot. But I think she will cave if the college she is starting at this week demands it.

But please forgive my possible ignorance when I ask this question: why would CVS have any interest or responsibility in one's family disputes?

A parent brought in the minor child for an injection. Did you expect the CVS tech to call you to ensure you and your spouse weren't fighting over the issue? Is there an element I'm missing in this scenario?

I am going to run with my oldest (and disabled) son. The youngest son is siding with his dad. Daughter is in the middle undecided.

I am not going to speak to him or file for divorce, I am just going to leave.

Already started transferring my RN license to a red state that might be a possibility. If anyone has any suggestions of where I can go and get a job I am all ears.

I did the same way back when....narcs are a hard thing to free yourself from but when you do, its so liberating. Anyone who has experience dealing with one knows what I mean.
