There's likely to be some form of mandate, which will meet with strong resistance.

I can tell you this: as long as I am conscious and can fight back, I will NOT get the clotshot.

Mandate whatever the fuck they want.

I smoked weed in the 1970s, too. I believe there was a mandate.
