I think they make these videos that are shocking to scare people who are hesitant into complying. Like when this first started you saw videos from around the world of police or security being heavy handed in dealing with mask refusals so people see this and even though they are anti mask they will make sure they mask up so as not to have the same treatment. I think we have seen this all along and is helping to shape their narrative that if you don't comply and do what you are told this is what will happen it scares the majority of people into complying.
