Talking about how I feel about my work

My employer asked me how I feel about working here at Wawa..

I told him that I have what I earned and that I have all I'm going to get, and I have no complaints because the complaints are useless.

But while you think about that, think about this..

How much formal education does it take to operate a cash register, be a janitor, be a cook, be a dishwasher and stock shelves?
None.

How much intelligence does it take to do my job?
None, by comparison to human society.

What background check did you perform to hire me or anybody here?
None.

How much effort did I put into earning a better job?
None.

Here's how much you or anybody here cares about me..
None.


Here's my opportunities for advancement by working here..
None.


So here's the best advice that I have learned..
Let my coworkers understand who I am and where I come from and what I need..

And then shut up and work, and that's it.

Clock in, get the work done and clock out, because for some, there might not be a clocking back in tomorrow.. because tomorrow might never come for them.
