I experienced some respiratory difficulty after being in public places or being around vacc. I found the following seems to work -

In a spray bottle - Ivermectin (liquid syringe version, Durvet), zinc, Boron, mixed w Silver Hydrosol.

I used about 3 doses into a small spritzer bottle. Of course don't take more than 1 dose a day.

Spray into back of throat while inhaling deep.
