They are seeing breakthrough Covid cases in their Ivermectin preventative protocol patients as well as in vaccinated. Very ill patients are being admitted to their ICU due to the Higher viral loads, shorter incubation period and profound inflammatory response from the Delta variant. Quoting: akaSuzanne Dr. Kory and his daughter are both getting over a mild case. They recommend having everything on hand before you get sick and start the protocol as soon as any viral symptoms start. Their protocol has been updated as of 8/11. The changes include increasing Ivermectin to 0.4 mg per kg on DAY 1 of illness as well as taking it twice a week as a preventative. They emphasize that it is the delay in treatment and the very rapid increase in viral load that is making the Delta variant more difficult. They are also recommending iodine gargle / nasal rinse (info in video) dilute it to get down to 1 percent. Studies shower lower hospitalization with use of these rinses. Dr. Kory says patients are coming in in advanced disease. They have had a few patients that do not respond to treatment in the ICU. They are doing therapeutic plasma exchange with success. I will add a link to the protocol. https://twitter.com/_/status/1424876539355832323 Higher viral loads, shorter incubation period and profound inflammatory response Perfect description for antibody dependent enhancement Exactly. He knows whats up but can't talk about it just yet. |

Link to I-Mask protocol updated 8/11/2021in multiple languages. Quoting: akaSuzanne [link to covid19criticalcare.com (secure)] It did not work to prevent transmission for me. It's also struggling to clear virus. I am using the old protocol. I did not do nasal rinse, but followed everything to a T. Husband started meds before me, and is finally getting better 13 days in. I am doing okay, but very tired of being sick. Last Edited by girlie45 on 08/19/2021 03:23 PM |

Thanks for the pin Trin. Quoting: akaSuzanne They were reluctant to comment on cases in children and the young except to say they are seeing an increase in cases. I am sure they are attacked from all sides. They have had four or five transplant patients in the ICU and that vaccine does not provide good protection even with the third booster. They did comment briefly on vaccine shedding and antibody enhanced disease as well as the results of multiple recent studies. They still believe Ivermectin is key as evidenced by their experience and the studies. They are confused by how aggressive this variant is but they will continue to adjust their protocols as needed. I cannot help but wonder if the new severe cases are caused by the V and shedding or if something new has been released in certain areas. The way I read Dr Kory’s take is that prophylaxis and early treatment are still very helpful, maybe even mandatory now, because once they show up in the ICU, it’s more grim now. I think they were able to turn a lot of people around in the ICU using MATH+ even if the person had taken nothing up to that point, but now they are not able to do much anymore, meaning that prophylaxis and EARLY treatment are even more vital at this point. So yes, I’m still taking weekly IVM and all the other supplements. They have changed their protocol to twice weekly IVM. I will have to think on that. |

I went to once a week when symptoms returned 3 days after my 5-day course. I will take another dose tomorrow or Saturday. I just took one yesterday. Once this clears, I'll have hella antibodies, but until then I am loading up on Ivermectin. I've had no ill effects, and it definitely works. |

Do you disagree with their assessment? I know IVM has an extraordinary safety profile, but we’ve never studied it with prolonged usage. I’m personally going on 9 months of continued use prophylactically either weekly or biweekly (as they went back and forth as data got better). I guess twice weekly now is getting to a point where I am less comfortable. If I still got it, I would definitely follow the triple dosing part. But I’m just a little hesitant on twice weekly. I may indeed do that, but I’m going to think about it first. It’s not that I don’t trust them. I do. It’s just nobody knows the safety at these levels. This is all figuring it out as we go, which is all we can do really, but I need to weigh the next ratchet up. |

You can do a consult with the FLCCC doctors or others via telemedicine or go to your local farm supply in the horse section. (LOL) Rx human Ivermectin is said to be in short supply in some areas. You can get the prescription, but have a hard time finding a pharmacy that has it. I have the injectable for cattle and swine which has come in handy for me and those friends and family who need it. No, I am not giving injections - it can be taken orally. I also use it in the correct dose as a much cheaper heartworm preventative for my dog. How do get the correct amount out of the bottle of injectable? |

I was surprised but happy to see that. When pulling from the bottle, inject the same amount of air in the bottle that you plan on pulling back into the syringe.
