Shortage of EVERYTHING!

I was told that Chewy was out of all friskies wet food the other day. The day before that i ordered 2 cases and there was only 2 flavors to choose from..

I'm checking out this site and they do deliver near my location.

Have you received frozen food? And I read reviews of people not receiving what they ordered. The reason is understandable and the company does explain their stock may run out by the time your drop off date is scheduled. People were also complaining about returns but it clearly states no returns on certain items. Have you personally run into issues with fulfillment of your order? The reviews did not list the state they were in. So it may just be a location issue.

I really like the idea of this site and what they can offer as in my area bushiness that offered items such as Bob's Red Mill and herbal remedies at a reasonable price have closed down over the past 3 years.

I just received my Chewy order for my cat. He needs a special diet for UA tract. I have used them over the past year since Amazon did not regulate their price gouging during the beginning of the lockdown. So far I have had no issues with my monthly order and I do not need to continuously check their site for price changes. They also offer a discount on scheduled monthly orders. It's also nice not having to lug around a large order from the store, to your car and then into your home.

I'm sure that is the issue in some stores, but we are still heading out to pick up what we need and the items are not there. Sure we can go around to other stores to hopefully find what we are looking for but we are not used to that inconvenience. ~ I could not find bandaids or peroxide the other day in four stores in my town. I'm going out this morning and hopefully it was just a stocking issue. Also the water section was empty, only soda left.

I have a full pantry, freezer, canned foods, propane....will burn all of that before I go hardcore, and long burn to starvation on 700+ cal liquid diet.

But it does provide protein, and Vits, so yea...think I can take people 6 months in...

WHAT?? You still have a Sears! Ours has been closed for about 5 years and I really miss the quality of their appliances and tools.

Same here. I also have several pounds of flour and dry milk in
Bormioli glass jars. I don't if they are the best but the glass is thick and the seal seems tight. Of course I'm loaded with dried beans and pasta. I have my small collection of iron skillets and years worth of camping skills. I think we will be just fine. I also have a small river behind my property so I'm not really afraid of "running out of water" or food!

Yep, same here. Netherlands. Wanted an outdoor shelving, like a mini shed. Normally in stock all over here. Every single store, sold out. Delivery time unknow!

The new ones probably have air bags in them. So when they go off, they propel your head through the windshield.

I have a current kitchen project where the refrigerator order has gotten delayed 3 months.

I have a master bathroom remodel we were supposed to start this past Monday but the tub and plumbing fixtures are delayed to Jan 2022.
Some other optional tub selections are a 2 month wait.

I have 2 future kitchen projects and their cabinet wait time is at 18 to 20 weeks (normal wait time used to be 8 weeks).

Certain interior molded doors are as much as 5 to 6 months out.

The last Harvey-Lansing window order we received took 8 weeks (normal used to be 3 weeks).

Hardwood material availability is much more scarce, prices are rising daily, and wait times keep growing.

I am receiving monthly material increase notification emails from various material suppliers and notices of increased and extended lead times on all special order materials.

HA ~ I thought about this a few weeks ago when I was in a rush and kept the cat food bag open and the next morning my cat was standing in the closet next to it meowing having no idea he could just shove his little head in there and chow down. I thought great, this little f-cker will probably eat me before he tears into a bag of cat food. But I swear he loves me.

Cat food supply has not caught up (at least here) since our first outage over a year ago. This I don't understand when the products are made in the US. Is it the cans? But then why is there dog food, veggies, and other canned items? That one has mu stumped. Time to stock up on cat litter - I don't want to run out of that!

No problems here getting anything I need. Went grocery shopping yesterday, shelves still full at Publix. Also went to Lowes and shelves full as well. I have also made 3 orders from Amazon in the last week and everything filled and delivered. I am not seeing what you guys are yet.

Same! I bought wet and dry yesterday. As long as they can eat, I am happy.
