I buy flats of the cans and keep them in our storage area. Then I get dry food bags and vacuum seal them in unscented clothing bags and keep them in containers for the longer-haul.

Yes. What I found is that not all flavor/brands, etc. are available.

We have one very elderly cat who ONLY eats one flavor of ONE type of canned food (Fancy Feast, of course, expensive!). I went to purchase some this week and I couldn't believe how many places in the canned food aisle were EMPTY!

Did not get her food. She ate a little bit of something else I bought, but only because she was so hungry, she had to eat something.

Now we're cooking chicken for her cause we still don't have any of her "flavor" of food....
