Quinnipiac University to Fine Students and Cut Campus Network & WIFI Who Are Not Vaccinated for COVID

My first reaction was absolute anger that the universities would even try this. I reached out to the university, local attorneys, and local elected officials. The reactions convinced me that some people are either completely delusional or evil to the core. This is a long war. Focus first on this initial battle which is to submit your exemption. This gives time to prepare for the next. Yes, my daughter could just choose to forgo getting a degree or she could transfer to another university. However, first we will fight for her rights where we are. Her university sent out the notice after we had pad her fee bill for the fall semester. She was already registered for classes. She would likely have to sit out a semester if she chose to transfer now. We are not ruling that out for the future but we won't just roll over without a fight.

Violates the Nuremburg Code. THERE CAN BE NO FORCING. And many health insurance refuses to pay for death and injuries.

Parents and students, this is your entire life and health at stake.

This is not something you cave to.

And it takes student loans that had to be procured early for most students, this is not a minor thing.

Courts won't help. ACB just showed her compassion by dumping an appeal with no comment all by herself a week ago. They're onboard with this like they're onboard with the official election outcome.

I hope I'm not wrong here, but my understanding is that she refused to hear the case for an emergency injunction. The students were granted a religious exemption so the court porbably considered that there was no need at this time for an emergency injunction.

As one attorney told me, we can try to fight it on constitutional grounds, but we then risk a serious disruption in my daughter's education while waiting for the courts to hear and decide on the case. The only thing to help would be an emergency injunction but you have to have grounds for that. While waiting for this to play out in the courts, it just makes sense for us to do a religious exemption for now. We strongly object to this vaccine on religious grounds anyway. If they deny a religious exemption, that is another level completely.

Quinnipiac University will fine students who don’t receive a COVID-19 vaccine as well as exempt students who miss COVID-19 testing.

Students who violate the COVID-19 vaccination policies will also lose access to the Quinnipiac campus network and Wi-Fi.

Quinnipiac University said students who don’t receive a COVID-19 vaccine will be fined up to $2,275 for the semester and unvaccinated students who do not take part in weekly testing will be fined for each week they miss.

Quinnipiac University is requiring students, faculty and staff to be fully vaccinated before the start of the fall semester and the deadline to upload their COVID-19 vaccination records was Aug. 1.

If a student still has not fulfilled the vaccination requirement by Sept. 14, they will lose access to the Quinnipiac campus network and Wi-Fi.

Let the law suits begin. They should be piled up everywhere. The same law allowing the FDA to permit use of an experimental drug, also specifically states that a person CANNOT be mandated or forced to take it. It also states that all up to date statics of the effectiveness of the experimental drug be given to an individual prior to administering it, as well as to give the ALL other options of medication that is also available to treat what the experimental drug is being administering for. In fact all the codes and stipulations are being 100% ignored by the current administration, the media, and even with some agenda driven liberal judges in theower courts...
