I just use my colloidals.. diluted H2O in my nebulizer and keep my fever UP... 2 days later.. mostly gone. after 9 days your bug went away by itself and you have your antibodies now. |

Consider yourself blessed. I had a bad case in January 2020 and can feel it residing in my system. Not sure if what I have now is a variant or the original covid waking back up, but with milder symptoms this time. The elevated heart rate is not my imagination, I have a very strong mind/body connection, which probably explains why hearing shocking news sent me into a shingles outbreak when I was 42. Shingles stays dormant in the body and in my observation covid does also. This would explain long covid. However it's not a naturally occurring virus (bioweapon) so who knows how it will play out. I understand you are elderly, and I sincerely pray you don't have to fight a severe case like I had. No significant symptoms, but had some brain fog and a runny nose. Took just one that morning (along with my vitamin C, D and zinc (and elderberry), and symptoms were gone by the afternoon. Some of the things we've learned over this last year to keep ourselves from getting ill should be effective against a variety of illness. I've always had good results from the zinc nasal swabs if I use them at the first sign of illness. One supplement I was really suprised at it's effectiveness was tumeric. I’m wondering about your symptoms because I’ve felt an extreme tightness in my chest for several weeks, my heart races or sometimes feels irregular. Also my boobs hurt and right underneath, like I was wearing an underwire bra ten sizes too small. It’s weird, all the symptoms are in that area. I feel okay otherwise. What strength capsules were you taking, if I may ask? All I could find was 400 mg per cap. The article says use 60 mg., much less than my 400 mg. Edit to add, you’ve already answered above.
