Why are some circles red and some black?

We recently drove up I75 and somewhere between Lexington and a little past Cincinnati one if my dogs who is epileptic started shaking. He hadn't had a seizure in probably close to a yes. I wondered about 5G. I think it was somewhere near the i275 bypass in Ky.

I think red is for 1.
If there are multiples. It shows black, probably til you zoom in.

My friend says according to this, her towns 5G equipment is ON the towns water supply.

What does 5G do to water? I couldn't find any info on that.

The closest 5G tower to us is down the street on the water tower. I didn't even think about what it's effects on water could be. Probably not a filter for that (kind of a joke, kind of not a joke).
