Teeth GRINDING/ Bruxism
One of my young children has started grinding their teeth to the point it is noticeable. Pretty alarming and don't understand why?

I looked for a mouth guard but they don't make them that small.

Any ideas? Is it stress related or some mineral deficiency? Any links or first hand experience

in gifted programs....that's why I was thinking stress related although at that young age it isn't competitive...mostly work at their interest levels and very supportinve
