Excellent contribution. People need to know the manner and methods to use and where they can get help even formulating their case. Most people they're not lawyer material and they don't know the correct methodology, what is a key issue. How to deal with this nightmare.

I am not going to do the synapsis of the previous video because its much shorter, to the point on key issues and discusses lawsuits and some of the plaintiffs and its worth watching.

Robert Barnes talks about how the kind of employer or business that goes with the mandates, hasn't a clue about court, they're going to be rudely awakened. They assume the Times and CNN is telling the truth and this is a safe effective treatment. And in some cases that the judges are sufficiently political to pass them through.

He also talks about the FDA and those lawsuits.

He also addresses that what has been unheard of, judges requiring the shot in their rehabilitation, violating the law themselves and how they would impact their ability to remain neutral, when they themselves would be implicated by these cases.

Wanted to add that he said that the letters to the Employers have worked in many cases. They simply do not understand the law and the bag of worms they open for themselves.

The current immunities the vaxx companies enjoy and the government immunities unless criminality is proved, is not shared by anyone else.

WE NEED A WIN! HOPE THEY GET IT! UH

The FDA will never approve any covid vaxxx...watch.

This precise language is required by the federal statute because covid 19 vaccines are NOT FDA approved but rather are Emergency Use Authorization only and thus pursuant to federal statute.

Big win on the vaccine mandate Louisiana!

That vaccine mandate violates either state or federal law.

That law suit win covers all students including minors and school students, and that they cannot be penalized, or segrated or discriminated against in any way and aside from doctors notes and religious reasons, ALL STUDENTS, some with parents approval, and possibly all students even without, because it can be argued especially in states that students don't require consent to vaxx themselves, that the same is true; WRITTEN DISSENT.

All students, college and every other school, only requires ultimately: WRITTEN DISSENT. Not even a medical exemption, not even a religious.

In addition it is ordered that all schools from kindgergarden up: have to give informed consent: That the student be told that this is experimental and has not been fully approved and that they have the right to opt out, for medical, religious AND CONSCIENTIOUS ie Written Dissent.


The law in Louisiana is that no one has to give any reason for their written dissent, just that they said no, they dissent. That is the law.


It was brought up that all 50 states, with regards to their limited vaccination requirements for students, Barnes pointed out that there is no law that simply mandates vaccinations but they are limited to certain vaccines and certain illnesses AND ALL STATES have to accommodate Philosophical and Religious and medical exemptions. The Philosophical or Conscience is everyone's right.


Edit to add: SC made states able to set rules on exemptions so California has the strictest set of rules regarding exemptions while Louisiana has the most liberal.

And of course I took notes, this part is hard. Because when its legal stuff, you can't put certain things in alt language.

Details are only the premium site, on the medical and scientific debates, as they basically said that youtube would nuke them, censor them, in real time even, was added.

I have gone through a few of those in depth 2 hour videos on lawsuits and will be adding a bit to this thread, but I'm kind of waiting to see if they're all still on in a week or so.


From what I have watched, basically roughly 4 hours and 2 videos, could have been more and 3, memory slipping. But the MEDICAL and SCIENTIFIC including Vaers deaths and Harvard studies and top experts, real experts, not ties to the vaxx companies poised to make millions and billions, and children's stats, BASICALLY ALL THE SAME STUFF POSTED HERE.

Most of the legal claims still stand, violation of the Americans with Disabilities Acts, violations of common law court of battery Constitution, and there are laws, say in California and other states that prohibit a private actor, employer, from violating constitutional provisions.

The Religious Freedom and Restoration Act. Which in Louisiana in the big win there, also affects masks and tests.

Now the FDA, normally this means they announce they will approve and it doesn't take effect for 30 days and there are lawsuits facing the FDA.

For the vaxx approval there will be a petition of stay brought by the Children's Health Defense and there are others involved and not sure if it meant class action or does it mean many independent cases? I want lots of lawsuits. Millions and pissed off people really really really mad.

Now this is the part that is hard to reword:

The Administrative Procedures Act: They're supposed to use good reasoning skills, their decisions are not supposed to be politically motivated but based on details, data, safety issues, deaths, all the important issues, safety big in this. And they're supposed to have responded to citizens, their petitions and all their comments.

Apparently haven't done any of the 3 important things they're supposed to do under this ACT. No response to citizens and to the CHildren's Health Defense. They have ignored studies and data and just acted like they were demigods.

Children Health Defense Citizen's case and others are being ammended as they were finally last midnight, stroke to midnight, responded to, but are still moving forward.

I can't read in the article any data regarding the percentages of mice who had the muscular route taken.

And if anything this is trying to suggest that it is sloppy giving of needles that is causing problems.

So they're recommending it in the thigh. This is just BS. You'd never take such a dangerous pathogen.

Natural immunity carries no such risks and doesn't alter your dna or create trillions of virus bodies in your cells.

Your immune already knows the corona! The study of vaxxed antibodies ALL had the IgG's and IgA's show up, not the IgM's, only the IgM's are for novel, unknown pathogens.

100% of everyone has herd immunity that recognizes ALL CORONA's!

Was really debating about doing it because this really persistent chilled feeling of horror over all the events in the last year accelerating with their refusal to stop promoting this incredibly dangerous vaxx is still present.

What my gut is telling me is that: they all know, and this is their agenda, to commit genocide and package up our nations for foreign rule, such as China, or UN.

That everything I write is going to be irrelevant because its like running up to the taliban shooting at crowds and yelling at them to cease and desist.

I believe we need to have a voice and to use first of all higher mind tactics, such as speaking up, writing in, for the verbally skilled, phoning in, legal cases, community awareness groups, educational platforms for people, even tshirts and cards and brochures. Anything really that way.

That puts pressure on them and the courts.


But, in a an all out genocidal motion, not sure really. Maybe general strikes and protests are the best route then.


We can't consent at all.

Most have to some degree and that is really problematic for everyone else, its almost treason consenting to tyranny.



With the new slight of hand of the FDA not even approving pfizer, but some futuristic not yet manufactured product, with a kind of place holder for approval after it completes some heart studies, but everything else is still experimental and the two names, pfizer and comirnarty though basically the same, are two different legal entities, this changes everything.

I will be writing and have a few others to include such as Bhakdi and the d-miner tests and what it all means for health.

But the tyranny is out of bounds.

He really wants everyone to jump on exemptions. They have the clearest weights in court, if necessary and often don't make it to court because when you apply and they write or say no, then you can just write back and take jabs at them.

Because some of the questions related to having them ask for clergy confirmation.

The response you should give is: no, they're not entitled to clergy confirmation legally. That this amounts to religious discrimination.

So backup plan if you have a very big gambler for an employer regarding getting a political hack judge, is that there are various clergy that don't write up letters about this mandated vaxx, so that's good to have as a backup.

Bit its not legal to ask for religious clergy compensation.

They don't get to define or pidgeon hole what your faith is, whether you practice independently or in a religious house, any part of it.

That is religious discrimination.

There was a whole generalized issue that was broad on all categories.


Because said, yes its uphill battle, you waiting for cracks, pressure on judicial and eventual wins that start to change things.


That there are political judges who like the "ruling class" want to go back in time to the eugenics era, headed by Bill Gates, and have you with zero rights over your own body, that they live in deep regret over losing that power over you.


But there is a big problem and a big risk for all employers in every state, due to the way this is going so fast, so greedy in their over reach for power and abuse that the back firing on them is going to cost them potentially alot.


He said if they had not even pushed for any mandates and merely waited for an actual fda approved product, which does not exist currently, its not out. And then offered broad and sweeping exemptions: robust medical, religious AND conscience, courts would have had little problems with some of this.



But not in their grab for power over you and every aspect of your life.



That lets say, people lose out in many states, and lose their job and suffer loss and harm, maybe kids school and medical, maybe house and home.


What will happen if say, 4 or 5 years later its determined that this vaxx caused harm and was dangerous to mandate, or even offer to people, and it will: the employer and company will under the ADA act, the Disability ACT under discrimination for perceived disability, ie you're unvaxxed:


All legal costs, all damages and hardships AND ALL BACKWAGES will have to be paid to you.

These guys don't get it, what risks they're taking by over playing their doctor evil hand.

Constructive Firing is illegal.

ie if your employer tells you that not getting the vaxx is a perceived resignation and thus prohibits you from unemployment insurance that is not allowed, and is called Constructive Firing.
