I have a photo, somewhere in my music book collection, of him playing on stage years ago.

No lie, the pinky finger on his fretting hand clearly appeared to be nearly twice as long as his index finger! I did some photogrammetry on that image, and could find no explanation for it. I scoured through countless other images of his hands, and that little finger was of normal length in every one that I could find.
