And enjoy it as much as I do. I know they would if they did it right.
Not just for themselves, or for others, or for the planet - but to stick it to tptb, as well.
Processed food is addictive. It is nowhere near as nourishing, or as full of flavor .. and despite what people say, whole, healthy foods are a LOT cheaper than the unhealthy options.
Only processed "health food" is expensive.
Why is choosing to eat healthfully (not more healthfully - very, very healthfully) ... sticking it to TPTB?
The only reasons we buy processed food 1) it is addictive and 2) it is propagandized as being somehow "easier" to prepare.
If you don't think food manufacturers are the very same tptb we are always trying to stick it to ... you're crazy
I'm not a nutritionist or a dietician and not qualified to give advice, nor am I politically minded about food in any way that steers my own dietary preferences (yours could very be different and still healthy and great!).
I feel like I've been on this journey for 30 years and have reached a level of knowledge about the topic and real-life experience that where I am able to share good information with anyone who wants to know how to stick it to tptb and get really healthy and happy at the same time.
