UPDATE: 4 MONTHS OF INGESTING DIATOMACEOUS EARTH, SO WHAT HAPPENED?

Diatomaceous earth truly has me speechless.

Although this is the first update I’ve written since my initial blog post on DE(Diatomaceous earth, I’ve made a series of youtube videos elucidating my incredible experience and transformation with DE. What started out as a simple experiment, not only changed my life for the better, but everyone around me, and people I don’t even know. I’ve also learned a lot more about Diatomaceous earth, which I will talk about after I tell you what has happened to me over the last couple of months.

So what Happened?
After my first few weeks of ingesting Diatomaceous earth, I had incredible weight loss, my eyesight improved, my physical appearance became youthful, and I noticed that my greys were slowly disappearing. I increased my dosage to 1 tablespoon a day for a little more than a month, but after the initial health rush, I stopped feeling or noticing any improvements.

I did some research and I found out that the reason why I was not experiencing more health transformations was that I was not increasing my dosage. Apparently, I need to continually increase my dosage to continue to feel greater health benefits.

So I started with a tablespoon and a 1/4 teaspoon and worked my way up to two tablespoons a day. The first week I noticed I still had parasites, but they were much bigger, these ones only die with the increased dosage. The smaller dosage of DE only kills the smaller parasites, but the larger dosage kills the bigger ones you don’t want to see, take my word for it, just flush.

So my weight loss continued, my skin became even more youthful, and I started to feel even greater inside and out than I already felt. I really feel like diatomaceous earth is some kind of human fertilizer.

I do know it makes one regular like a clock, but drinking a lot of water while doing DE is imperative.

I use it to worm my chickens. When the eggs are dirty I know it time to put it in their feeder again.

I put it in my smoothies every once in awhile. Did yesterday!

There are two types of naturally occurring silica-crystalline silica and non-crystalline (amorphous) silica. Crystalline silica can be very dangerous, especially to the lungs if inhaled, while non-crystalline silica is completely safe, even for human and animal consumption. The fresh water diatoms contain mainly non-crystalline silica, while salt water diatoms can contain both types, with higher amounts of the crystalline form.Our DE is mined in north western Nevada, near the California border.
The DE deposits came from algae blooms on the western side of the Pleistocene era lake Lahontan. Meaning its fresh water so very low crystalline silica levels.

I have taken 1/2 to 1 tablespoon DE in my morning shake for almost 10 years. Day after day. I will try, as was suggested here, to increase dosage and see what happens.

I take no pharmaceuticals, only natural healing modalities, am older than dirt, and doing great.

Would love to hear a lot more of you experiences with DE.

I have a bag full in my pantry, because I went through a phase when I tried using it for a while. Thanks for the reminder, because I forgot how important it was, but after seeing that great article it has motivated me to begin adding it again as part of my health regimen. Thanks again.

I wouldn’t take it for more than 2 weeks at a time. I use it on my horses twice a year for 2 weeks and that’s it. It will give you gas pains and diarrhea if you take too much too soon. I believe it decreases the ability to absorb if used for too long, which is not a good thing.

I read a post in another thread about D.E where it was the only thing that helped a person for hip pain. I had some hip pain and knee pain so l decided to try it. For the last two months l would put a tablespoon in a small thermos of coffee every morning.

My hip pain went away, my knee pain went away and my hair grew a bit thicker. About the 6th week l stopped for a couple few days and l noticed some mild pain coming back so once again l started putting it in my morning coffee and haven’t stopped. I’m now pain free once again. This stuff really is a lifesaver for joint pain. Really happy that it helped me out others because it really does work.

I bought some a few years ago but never used it. I think I should, the taste put me off.

I have taken it for over a year. Do not breath it in. Do not take too much especially at first. It is very good for teeth, bones and hair. I mix it with coffee. Eric Berg had an interesting video on it.

It is a very interesting supplement but do a lot of research before using it.

And it keeps ants away. I sprinkle it by the poach and around my honey bee hives so the ants don’t get into our houses. Works shockingly well.

I actually bought it to save my kale. I spent months saving them from being killed by slugs. Now the bugs are picking them clean. Copious amounts of diatomaceous earth directly on the plants will kill any bug.
Just don't put on blooming plants cuz it'll kill the bees as well.

It hasn't gotten rid of my parasites, my ex-wife is still reaching into my wallet.
