The Walmart in my area is fully stocked with most things. The only thing I noticed that was completely empty was the spice section.

I guess Americans panic buy more than Canadian?

Yeah, again we’re not at ‘panic buying’ stages…not yet. This isn’t that, yet.

I work for a major meat supplier delivering food to the stores, and we just are not getting the products in to put in the stores. I ask my supervisors whats going on and they just give me BS excuses, like it was a planning issue. Or just dont give me any kind of answer.
The shortages were getting better, since last year when the plandemic was in full force, and now the are starting to be at the same levels as last year.

shelves get that way right before a restock, after a sale, etc.

We aren't going to have any real food issues in the United States, it's just fear mongering.

Was checking on clothes for the kids, a $10 set of new boys pajamas are now $15

Used clothes on Ebay not much better. Used to be able to find women's used levis for 12 or 14 bucks, now they run almost twice that. I know much of the increase is for fees and shipping, but damn.

The stores just aren’t restocking like they should be. Makes it seem like there’s a shortage during the pandemic all for the narrative.

It's probably due to a variety of things:

1) Covid-19 since last year, the Delta variant and mandated mRNA vaxxes this year.

2) Government checks encouraging more people to not want to punch the time clock.

3) A lot of truckers retiring and potential replacements not wanting an exhausting on-the-road job.

4) China shutting down last year, flooding this year, and the ruthless post-Mao burghers of Beijing playing a lot of games.

5) A Bidenized DC and Silicon-Valleyized corporate world forming the perfect marriage made in hell.

Do we know what exactly is the cause of all of these shortages?

They will give you a million different reasons, some even totally contradictory. Most people latch onto the one that they can most accept and tune out the rest. No one is taking any action to resolve this. No one is seriously investigating why. And it continues to worsen by the day.

The fog of all of this has to be intentional. The purpose is to confuse and distract. Whatever the answer, it’s clear that we’re not meant to know.

Another idea is to buy and raise live chickens.

People seem fixed on the ability to buy food on demand. Buy a hunting bow and fishing rod, learn how to use them. Set up a chicken coop in the backyard.

The Department of Agriculture is actively trying to suppress food production. I base this on two informal interviews:
A beef farmer from Illinois, outside Chicago; since last year, he has had to destroy cattle. Why? To sell his cattle, it's law that a USDA inspector has to observe the animal walking (to rule out mad cow), and give some other blessings. In his town the local l and the federal inspector are the same person. He wouldn't show up for work due to COVID fears. Another problem my colleague said was that the meat processing factories closed because 90% of the workers had covid.
Second, the owner of an auto body repair shop in NE Ohio told me (when I pressed her for what types of auto parts shortages to expect), she has several customer who are farmers. They claim the Dept of Ag sent them letters offering them above market payment for them to destroy their crops, or not to plant at all; they offered to come destroy the crops for them with Agent Orange. She said one client is independently wealthy, and refused. So Dept of Ag showed up at his door with satellite images of his property, claiming it was swampland, and declaring 20 acres as Environmental Protection zoning (although the land was dry).

I use Instacart a lot with Walmart. I find certain days of the week their supplies get low but then they replenish them. Here the new sales start on Thursday so they're usually all stocked up on Thursdays.
