BREAKING - New York Gov. Cuomo asks private businesses to require proof of vaccination for admission

I live in Brooklyn and nobody listen to him anymore. Small business are not going to comply. The problem are the people that moved from the city to the 5 boroughs and are leftist and millennials. They will comply with it.

How can the owner of a business in good conscience require his patrons to be vaxxed when his own workers are free to choose ?

Just tell them when the biz owner asks to see your vaxxed proof 'you may not by law ask for my medical history. If I am denied entry, there will be a multi million dollar lawsuit against your enterprise !'

HIPPA laws only apply to medical related businesses. They don't apply to non medical industries.
