Costs pennies and works absolute wonders for me. I keep Florida water around too- I mix the cologne with witch hazel and use it as a spray to clean my aura. Praying and spending time with pets or in nature helps too. If your house is getting dim, depressed vibes, get out the sage. Don't let bad spirits hang around. Banish them. Tell them you will only welcome Godliness,love and Holy light & sweep the mother fuckers out the door. |

Do a slow countdown from 30 backwards and concentrate on your breaths in and out. Has helped me several times already. good luck |

I personally spend time with my pets and gardening. I sit outside in my backyard a lot, and just listen to and watch nature. The animals are so happy and carefree- makes me smile and keeps me calm. I think the key to calming your anxiety, is 1- staying away from the TV and computer (MSM) as much as possible. We aren't meant to ingest so much continuous dread and lies in our life. AND 2- Try to hang out with people who share common interests and have similar views/morals/thoughts as you. Negative people and those who are vastly different from us (including family and friends), tend to bring us down and contribute to our stress without us even realizing it. My entire immediate family all fall on the extreme Liberal side, so I understand how it feels to have no one to talk to, etc. It can be very isolating and lonely, but I have learned to love myself and enjoy spending time alone vs. being with folks I disagree with just to have 'company.' I hope these suggestions help, and just remember- you are not responsible for what's happening on the world, and you can't fix it by yourself (neither can I). It is what it is, and hopefully will get better with time. Just know there ARE people out here who understand and care, even if it doesn't feel like it most days. Peace to you. |

Take up a hobby and start focusing on something that you can enjoy. Stop paying attention to all the crap going on. You might even want to consider moving. Moving has always been my first choice when I'm not feeling right about everything. That can mean moving across town, or to another state, even another country. Last year I decided to bug out of the Twin Cities (MN) last fall for a secluded tranquil country home surrounded by a forest and abundant wildlife. That significantly reduced my concerns about the possibility of more riots. You can't change the world and everyone else, but you can switch it off and isolate yourself from it all. Do what you need to do to get yourself and your life where you want it to be. Doing so might be a monumental task, but you'll be so glad you did once you're happy again. |

I dont take medications or use substances. Look allergies can also cause anxiety - I don't know where you are but there are strange environmental things going on in addition to all the distractions. Like the cicadas all hatching with a fungus. Take a Benadryl. Have a warm soak in the bath with Epsom salt. Play with music, pull up old songs you used to like from when things were different in life. Hang in there! |
