I want you to sit in a chair or lay down, and relax every muscle. Then I want you to breath deep into your lungs....your belly should rise. If your belly doesn't rise, you're not breathing deeply enough.

Hmmmm....if you find a herky-jerky breathing kind of happening while trying to take that deep breath, relax yourself more, and keep at this taking a deep breath until you're able to do it deeply....stress free, eh?


We most of us don't breath properly. Look at a newborn baby, their belly rises and falls with their breaths. Most of us only breath to the top of our lungs. Very stressful for the body. It wants to breath like a newborn....but we're stressed, and our breathing gets all messed up.

It's quite the viscous cycle.

A year ago I would've been down with trying it. IPAs are my favorite....but it's not for me anymore.

After drinking that one I found I didn't like how I felt.

Having a beer or enough to get drunk is going to get in the way of transitioning, and it's not worth it.

Saw INXS open for Men at Work in 82. These guys could have ruled the world... then the poor guy gets killed by the Queen for poking Princess Di. Shameful

I don't know anything about that...but numerous high profile people have died by "hanging" themselves, in very compromising positions.

I don't think for a moment that Chris Cornell killed himself.

And of course their murders would be done in such a sick way, to bring even more scrutiny down on them.

But I don't want to really get into it. I'm trying to relax, eh?

Harhar, I NEED to log off, because I'm spelling for shit today, and I'm tired of editing my posts....

I'm seeing a lot of people having big, life changing transitions. Just like being picked right up out of life and dropped into one that looks different.
I'm having one myself, and it's positive and I am loving the direction I'm moving in, but letting go of things that just aren't working is pretty jarring. For somethings, I'm asking, why aren't you working anymore? For others, I ask, why did I allow you to work for so long?
But overall, I'm keeping my head on straight and am grateful for the new perspective I am having and truth I see even if it stings. Just have to keep remember to be gentle with myself for making different choices back when I saw differently than I do now, and remember the choices I'm making now are bringing different things, blessing things.

Thanks for opening the floor, I had some words, it's nice to share.

Funny you say, I was at the last Soundgarden show in Detroit too. He sounded a skip slow to the music. By the time we got to the car they were saying he was dead. About 20 mins past encore.
