Get it through your thick skull! As long as there is "Covid" no court order eviction will occur!

Many landlords have mortgages on the buildings they rent. If landlords can't pay their mortgages because renters aren't paying their rent, do you think banks are just gonna take it up the keester?

And what do you think has been happening the past year? smdh. The governments will simply again put the squeeze on banks to postpone mortgage payments. This ain't rocket science, buddy.

Is this wager specifically that the federal or state government will step in? Which one or both?

I know someone who got evicted last month. He said he's going to sue them but hasn't been able to get a lawyer yet as far as I know.

Right; nobody ever talks about the landlords & their expenses... as if they can just carry their renters along for a year or two. In the meantime, these poor renters still buy groceries, booze, cigarettes, pay for their phones, etc, but can't/won't pay rent. Disgrace.

It aint free housing for losers either

This is what I have been saying but covid dropped the IQ here by quite a bit. It's a known side effect.



Also, two mortgage deferment programs end in the next two months, which will cause 3 million people to lose their houses and dump the housing market.
