It started when the salary caps were introduced, especially when the NFL implemented them. Yep, the rich teams had to suffer because the poor teams were poor and they didn't like it. Sound familiar?

Then it became about the player and not the team. It became about their individual 'brand', whatever the hell that is.


Back in the day...
When you said Franco Harris, you knew Steelers.
When you said Randy White, you knew Cowboys.

Now they whore themselves around and never meet their full potential because they never get a chance to gel and become part of a team.
