You said US 70. I'm taking you at your word that that's what you meant, rather than Interstate 70. US 70 connects coastal North Carolina to Globe, Arizona, while I-70 runs from Baltimore to someplace in Utah.

Since you mentioned Texarkana, you probably did mean US 70, since it passes a lot closer to Texarkana than I-70 does.

Sounds fun enough. Not sure it's "sustainable" on your budget, and even if it were, I don't think it's something I'd want to do forever. This opens the question of what you're thinking of doing once US 70 peters out in Globe.
