Job 5:22
Remember Job ? He never lost faith in God, no matter the trials and tribulations. I think what we are going through right now is very reminiscent of that book.

Re: Job 5:22
It will be the same Satan, and he is allowed to kill 1/3 of men and other living things, including trees.

When God was teaching Job about death and resurrection in Chapter:14 it was showing Job that all that Satan takes from him will be brought back by God, and increased 2x.
Job's version of the resurrection fits the new earth verses from as it happens after all wrath is past.
The new earth verses will have people building homes, Job:38 is where God is pointing to Orion, that is Job's new home, or a star just like it as the task for the flock is to turn the universe into what Eden was.
Hebrews:12 is the chastising that happens at the GWThrone event, the 2nd group in Re:7 are the ones called 'the rest' in Re:20:4.
The sword in Isaiah:65 is the same sword in the last verse of Re:19. The people being punished in Isa:65 are the ones building homes as the 'servants' that are alive will be living in Jerusalem as that is New Jerusalem.
Job:5:17-18:
Behold,
happy is the man whom God correcteth:
therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:
For he maketh sore,
and bindeth up:
he woundeth,
and his hands make whole.

The six troubles are the first 6 trumps, 4 days for the first 4 to sound and then 42 months after the 5th trump sounds. The day the two witnesses are resurrected is the 1st day of the 1,000 year reign. By 6pm of that day all 7 trumps have sounded, all 7 vials have been poured out on the wicked and all the Re:20:4 resurrection will have taken place.
Job:5:19:
He shall deliver thee in six troubles:
yea,
in seven there shall no evil touch thee.

Immortal people are not affected by any famine. The only 'grass' during the 1,000 years is where it rains as the nations wander around the world during the 1,000 reigns. That will be Cain's offering for the only meal per year, the modified Passover supper that was red wine rather than red meat. Israel will have the wine and the Church will bring the grain for the unleavened bread
Job:5:20:
In famine he shall redeem thee from death:
and in war from the power of the sword.

A reference to the people and how they will be at the end of the 1,000 years comes and Satan and 10B fallen angels are ready to go to war. The people are aware they are there to be witnesses to the destruction of sinful immortals. They qualify as immortals by a few hours when that event takes place
Job:5:21-22:
Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue:
neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh.
At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh:
neither shalt thou be afraid of the beasts of the earth.

An immortal is considered to me made of stone when they are compared to how delicate any being of flesh is.
Job:5:23:
For thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field:
and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee.

The Tabernacle from Zec:6 will be what Jesus builds, the Throne in it will be the one from the Re:4 Temple.
Job:5:24:
And thou shalt know that thy tabernacle shall be in peace;
and thou shalt visit thy habitation, and shalt not sin.

The people alive for the 1,000 years will not be given in marriage during the 1,000 years or in the new earth when they live in New Jerusalem. The flock they are shepherds to are the people from the Re:20:5 resurrection. They will be given in marriage and have 100 children before they are mage immortals like the shepherds. The task of the flock is to turn the universe into a bigger version of Eden. The flock will be the children to people that are shepherds. The 24 Elders will be the shepherds during the 1,000 year reign. the people alive at the end of the first day will be their flock. The Church will play the role of the flock, 1,000 years later they are all ready for the real flock to show up. They will be many times the number of the shepherds right from the day Re:22 is fulfilled.
Job:5:25:
Thou shalt know also that thy seed shall be great,
and thine offspring as the grass of the earth..

In the New Earth, New Jerusalem is the only structure on this earth. The fire melted everything, so it is a ball of glass. The flock exits the city, and they take up a small amount of the whole earth. By the time the universe looks like Eden and the people are assembled, the whole earth will be full of people, so many they are as close to each other as grass grows.

Yes! I’ve been praying for strength and wisdom to help me prepare for what’s coming, and yesterday I felt the Lord telling me to read Job hf

Re: Job 5:22
The most important thing I took from Job...is how 3 friends hung in there with him.

Job, in his misery asked them to leave & one said "we took the good times with you...we'll take the bad times with you"!

That served me well when my dad was dying...and later when my mom was dying...

I remembered how the 3 friends just sat with Job. They didn't even need to speak...just them BEING THERE made all the difference!

Care to take a swing at this question: Why can't I find a rendering of Jesus that fits this description?

Isa:53:2-3:
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant,
and as a root out of a dry ground:
he hath no form nor comeliness;
and when we shall see him,
there is no beauty that we should desire him.
He is despised and rejected of men;
a man of sorrows,
and acquainted with grief:
and we hid as it were our faces from him;
he was despised,
and we esteemed him not.
Surely he hath borne our griefs,
and carried our sorrows:
yet we did esteem him stricken,
smitten of God,
and afflicted.

God views all mortal people as looking as this, His approval is for when they are immortal and in a glorified body, like Jesus was in the 40 days He was on earth after being resurrected.

There is more to the story, try Isa:65 and the new earth verses as being for the ones deemed the least likely to be alive in the new earth era.
Job will be alive for the 1,000 years, he will get to see Satan punished like this promotes. The ones they are waiting for are the two witnesses.

Re:6:9-11:
And when he had opened the fifth seal,
I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God,
and for the testimony which they held:
And they cried with a loud voice,
saying,
How long,
O Lord,
holy and true,
dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
And white robes were given unto every one of them;
and it was said unto them,
that they should rest yet for a little season,
until their fellowservants also and their brethren,
that should be killed as they were,
should be fulfilled.
