Re: Manage your emotions.
I'm going to post something I'm kind of regretting, because I've posted it before, and I don't think anyone listened to me or did as I'm asking them, you, to.

While I think it is REQUIRED that we do this, I'm not going to try to force anything on anyone, and can't force anything on anyone.

It is however a fairly simple task. It's one that however has to be done within your heart, and it has to be meant. You have to really feel what you're doing....while praying for forgiveness for yourself and for Humanity.

You see, we were not created with fear in us. Fear came to Humanity after we fell from "grace"....and the original creation was the epitome of grace. We were an astounding beautiful race of beings. We were very harmonious, at one with all of nature and the planet. I've remembered being there, while so few have....so please take my words to your heart.

The quickest route to begin eradicating the fear that has possession of us is to ask for forgiveness for ourselves and Humanity ever having a hand in our falling....and perhaps none of us were there are the time, perhaps some feel no culpability....but WE ARE all in this together NOW....we are here, and this is indeed our now.

Please....please consider and think deeply about what I'm requesting of you to do, and I hope you say those prayers, with meaning.

Also, at this point in the game, it doesn't matter who's to blame for our downfall - a woman and man, or an alien race, or all of the above? - there's myriad of theories about it.

But blame has to be set aside before forgiveness can begin. Let blame go. It's only an enforcer of fear. It does not at all serve us well. I mean, it's right to educate yourself, to understand there are culprits here in this living realm, to become more and more aware, yet it is wholly debilitating to stay in the sense of blame....and a lot of us are there everyday, no matter what side we're on.

Let.It.Go. ....jeebus, just let it go. Stop holding onto "it."

And then pray for forgiveness, like your life depends on it - because the reality is, it does - and for Humanity and for Humanity's sake. We've been through enough. We need to forgive ourselves, and heal.

Please think about what I'm asking. It is nothing that is going to hurt anything to do this...and I can tell you straight up, praying for forgiveness for this has an outstanding outcome.

The liberation felt is beautiful, and the healing from the fear comes rather quickly.

And here it is, I'm actually going to BEG you to pray for forgiveness....I'm begging of you to do this. Heh, and I don't ever beg for anything, but I am right now. I don't care the embarrassment.

We have to do this if we're ever going to get ahead....verysad

It's hard to not get caught up. This massive psy-op is designed to suck all of us in on many levels.

The key for me is to keep my humor, humanity, love, and to enjoy the beautiful things still all around us.

Today I shared warm chocolate chip cookies and milk made by my daughter. Then had my sons help me install new lights on my Landcruiser. As I'm typing my new rescue cat is sitting in my lap purring and my beautiful wife is next to me reading.

Life is still good.

Thank you, Only Me. Not long after I posted that, this sense of hope rushed into me. I hadn't realized my hope had slipped. It surprised me, albeit a good surprise. I do think hope is important....although even that emotion has been bastardized, "hopium."

If it's only you that does the prayer work, then I suppose I have to be okay with that....but we really do need a "tipping point" amount of people doing it. I'm not so foolish as to say that as long as I turned one head, then my work is done. I'm not even close to being finished with this.

If only I could get a larger audience to read this, to understand this, to KNOW this, that we need to forgive ourselves....but I just don't know how to do that yet. I entered an essay about the very subject matter into a writer's contest, on the off chance it might place, just so more eyes can be had on it.

And I seriously don't understand why people aren't jumping on this information, to start praying for their and others' lives, and forgiveness. It is the Christian thing to do, and it's all our responsibility to take this to heart, especially if we have a soul.

Sadly, I think, even know, we've become too comfortable in our own misery. Too many of us thinks there's no way out, and we have become too comfortable in that, despite that we're squirming in ourselves everyday. It's taken millennia to get us to this point.

Anyone can tell me I'm wrong, that you're not at some level comfortable here, but it's still allowed for, the malarkey....so yeah, keep it to yourself. You have more things to think about before talking to me.

Re: Manage your emotions.
I give everyone this same advice as you OP

it is their FEAR that drives them to do insane things (like become a lab rat for BIG CORP)

don't let your emotions CONTROL you ... they are intended to alert you ... like lights on your car's dash, of impending danger - so you can avoid problems

but when you let them overwhelm you - they change the chemistry in your mind ... and you are completly out of control - for at least 20 min - and you say and do things that the "controllers" want you to do ... not what is good for YOU -

there is no reason to fear death - you've been there done that a thousand time ... because you have failed to Master your Emotions ... when you try to control them - they build up until you "explode" ... don't try to CONTROL them MASTER THEM so that do what they were intended to do ... give you a warning, so you can SAVE YOURSELF - and avoid being manipulated by them ---- when your car tells you that it is too hot or running out of gas, you don't drive it into a brick wall ... you calmly deal with the issue - BEFORE it becomes a problem... that is what they were intended to do

It had me to tearing up, rereading it again....it's so tearing me up inside today, given I've gotten so deeply into it, that I don't have a way to get this message out to those I don't know and will never meet. Frustration, you see, rears its ugly head.

I know reading or hearing about it would light a bulb in some heads....like you, I'm hoping...did it? Or are you already here, with me, liberated from that paralyzing fear deep in your root chakra?

Gosh, it would be so nice to meet someone on the same page as me, having this done....hf

I was thinking earlier youse guyses about asking Christians if they would approach the leader of their church, and talk to them about it....and perhaps ask to have a sermon on it.

I'm not a Christian, yet I am a very spiritual person. I love the Christed Spirit so very much....that spirit has cleansed me in so many different ways. I have respect for the life Jesus lived....

....and I'm just very kindly, humbly and very emotionally asking you to do this, please try and find a way to speak to them about this....tissue

Time has been short for getting on too long now. Please, all of you, talk to your family and friends about practicing this forgiveness and healing.

This human Will needs to be done....hugs

It will serve only good to do this. Please.

Every single one of you have my heart to yours right now. I hope you feel it...hugs

Well, I'm about ready to turn into a spinach plant, I've been eating so much of it. Carrots, I like them roasted, they're like candy. Chicken, salmon, shrimp...and I've gotten a couple of 5 oz lobster tails for a treat. My body does very well with seafood. According to this book I read, seafood is supposed to be a high vibration protein that, if we have to eat another animal, it's supposed to be okay to eat if one has transitioning in mind. Pork and beef lower a person's vibration....as well, they just don't do well in my GI tract anymore.

I had a bout with ulcerative colitis over a month ago, so my favorite cruciferous veggies have been cut right out. I'm going to start reintroducing them one at time, to see if they'll be okay to eat....I love cabbage, it's the first I'm going to bring back in.

As well, for me, it's best for my stodgy digestive tract if I don't mix carbs and proteins. It's too much for my stomach to digest properly. I've hardly mixed those since the colitis, too. But I do love my fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. I miss the little mash....but I really like digesting my food properly, too.

I just started drinking lactose free after the colitis, because it was awful being sick like that...then I had to deal with the fallout from the flagyl and cipro they put me on. Those little cretins just about sucked the life out of me, but they saved it, too. I've been taking probiotics to replenish my good flora. But I found I liked the lactose free milk. Even the 2% tastes rich and creamy, and it's just a touch sweeter.

Sugar, that was a beast to put down the first two weeks, and I'm really proud of myself for managing with it....and learning to bake gluten free was nothing short of a horror show. Everything I made was awful. No structure, it just kinda melted in my mouth, and not in a good way. Nasty. I was a chef, I know nasty when I taste it, lol.

I know I've lost weight. I go to the doc on Thursday to make an appt. to get a colonoscopy done, and I can't wait to jump on the scales.

I have so much more energy eating this way...and the difference in my GI tract is remarkable. It's weird to not feel discomfort after eating...it's like I noticed, big time, something was missing....I realized I wasn't having GI issues.

It's been learning for me to change up my diet so drastically, and I'm still learning. I have found a gluten free chocolate chip recipe that isn't bad, at least they have some structure AND they stay soft. I live in the desert, and the aridity sucks the water right out of cookies.

I also found a dynamite mug chocolate cake recipe that's really good, but it's so rich with chocolate I can't eat the whole mug serving...but my gawd, I love-loved it. It's super simple to make, and is cooked in the microwave in less than two minutes. I've replace my sugar with good and healty sugar replacements, but I was halfway there to begin with.

It's been a big life change for me, and it's definitely for the better....but still, y'all need to stop posting food porn....tounge

Re: Manage your emotions.
Such a needed and appreciated thread.

I get sucked into the cycle: fear and depression, then I think I can somehow get ahead of it if I'm extra vigilant and keep informed with current events... but the more I read, the more depressed (and yes, a little fearful sometimes, though more pissed off than anything) ...it's exhausting and bad for my health.

Really good post, Only Me....hugs

I was earlier this morning posting to someone about getting a hold of their fear....BECAUSE IT IS THE MOST DEBILITATING EMOTION we human beans can have. It just freaking shuts us down.

Of course, what caused his fear is real, and he had a real human reaction, like most of us would, but he's staying in that fear reaction. That I know better than to do. I hope my words can help him rise above.

This is what we must learn how not to do, remain in fear.

And I'm like you, Only Me, I don't believe anyone when they say they have no fear, especially recently. That's only denial, and lame denial at that.

Fear is not a bad thing. It's a reaction that tells us we might be in danger.

Youse guyses, there is no shame in recognizing that we are indeed in fearful times....but we always have been.

Don't let this fear reaction remain sustained, and get the best of you. It will become your undoing, and it does not have to.

Make peace within yourself, so you can at least be happy within yourself. From there, all else will fall into place to a better outcome.

From my expanded self....and 'we need to practice some patience within ourselves, too.' We're all over the top sick and tired of waiting for resolve to all of this malarkey, and we're starting to be demanding little bitches, me included. Lawdy.

sigh....everyday I learn something new about myself I need to work on....but it's better than not knowing I have have something I need to work on.

My gosh, you have the most complex diet I've ever read of! I can't imagine having to keep all of that in mind! I said the same thing to my mother, who has diabetes. I have no idea how she got it because she is quite thin and in pretty good shape for someone in their late 60s! But yeah, she follows a very strict diet too and she does fine, but I can't imagine it.

We, of course, do not eat pork. We do eat beef, but sparingly, and we don't mix any dairy with it. A few other little rules we follow, but you guys have it rough!

Re: Manage your emotions.
Something that's always bothered me is; a lot of people often spend more time learning about an iPhone or some other gadget than themselveselves. How much time do you spend learning about yourself?

Anything the body can do we have some control over, emotions, dreams, blood pressure/heart rate, body temperature, etc. Why don't more people know how to do these things, like hiccups. Why do you get them? If you know how and why, why can't most people just think of the muscles in the area and equilze the pressure to stop them? You know it's possible! So why don't people really learn about themselves and possibly make things easier?

I can't figure it out, maybe someone else can. Because it seems like knowing about the instrument that basically gets you through life "yourself" would be a really beneficial but often seems to get the least attention. Do you know why?

I bet you do.

I don't know, honestly. These bodies are temporary, though. Really more of a biosuit to house our true selves. Still, it would be nice if we all knew exactly how to take care of it. I'm sure we've been misled by a lot of misinformation on how to keep our bodies properly going. I won't miss this body in the afterlife - I have rheumatoid arthritis and chiari malformation. I suck at being human.

Yeah, now that you've said it, I do see the complexity I've been dealing with....it's just not easy to change one's life up like I have, there's fallout, and I've had to learn to cook and eat a different way. It has been a lot to take in.

The meal planning is actually very easy, vegetables and a protein. That's it. I just can't mix my carbs and proteins. I'm only on the very strict FODMAP diet because of the colitis. Now that that is cleared up, I'm going to start introducing those foods, to see how they go. I'm suspecting it will be fine. If not, I just won't eat it anymore, or only very, very sparingly, upon occasion. I just can't imagine never being able to eat cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and cauliflower ever again, ya know?

It's the baking gluten free that threw me for a loop....heh, I never knew wheat offered such great taste, and of course it's binding ability, the structure it brings to baked goods is awesome....I can say that now, because I totally recognize that awesomeness.

I'm fairly happy with the two recipes I wrote about, so that's good. I haven't looked for any new recipes. I'm get tired of looking, looking, looking...assessing, assessing, assessing...is this recipe when cooked not going to be going into the trash?

Heh, it's busy work, this changing the life up gig.

BTW, do you have a juicer? Apple, carrot, and beet juice is so very delicious....and it's a pretty color. I always thought it would be good to make a cocktail with, looking very pretty in a martini glass with its color, but alcohol in such the healthy drink?....yeah, no. Alcohol is indeed toxic to our bodies. I've just about put that down, too. I had an IPA while out with my kids to eat, after not drinking anything for about three months, and it ripped me....and I didn't like how I felt. I'm all but done with drinking alcohol....heh, but I do wish I could have a bottle of Moet Chandon White Star champagne. I've been feeling a wanting for it the past couple of days, just to taste it, to savor it and its little bubbles.

I recently found out that there's a chemical allowed to be put in our pork supply....and there's not a single other country on the planet that uses this chemical. I think it's even been banned in some of the countries.

Why is this chemical allowed to be put in pork here?....shrug

Rhetorical question. I do have an idea why....damned

I haven't even looked at pork since, not that I do well with it anyway....bacon, now that's in a universe all on its own. I am a bacon lover, but I've cut that back by like 80% since the colitis. I have two pieces of it in my fridge waiting to be cooked for about a week now, but every time I think to cook them up, I think of that chemical....gaah

Bacon is likely to become in my rear view mirror, too....lol, but that will come with some grieving.

It's been a ride changing my diet up, a real pain in the ass and on the taste buds....but the outcome of doing it has been fantastic! My tummy and guts are a lot more happy, and that has made my life so very much more comfortable.

Bumping this thread to remind all of you to stand strong and do not give up. Do not fall into despair. They will feed off your emotions and make things worse as they get stronger. Our enemy is not human and it feeds on negativity.

Do not feed your enemy.
