You are correct. Can you imagine the cluster fk when 11 million people get evicted in the span of a month or so. The landlords are just waiting to kick these people out as rent skyrockets as they get nothing but excuses and left with a destroyed rental property!
Do we have enough law enforcement to kick all these people out on the street. Most of these people are at the end of their rope and will probably barricade themselves in the house and prepare to shoot it out when the cops come.

Our lANDLORD sold our property monthS ago and we can't find out the name of the new owner. It's a management corp. We ask them point blank and they won't tell us. They want us to sign a two year lease. YEAH RIGHT. WHO IS THE OWNER? I will keep paying but not signing a two year lease. Let's go to court, whoever you are... that's a briar patch I love.

We own 5 apartment complexes. We fight the CDC declarations every day and win!! We have been evicting people this entire time! Most use it as an excuse to just let it ride and get free rent! It’s the Democrat way! Business owners still have to make payroll and pay utilities etc.

Exactly. The TX Supreme Court has ruled this unconstitutional along with the US Supreme Court but the CDC is appealing. We as a small apartment owner of 5 complexes fight these BS CDC declarations in JO court every time we get them and we win against most of them and have been evicting these peoole this entire time! Of our 5 complexes we have like only 3 people still there on them!!

This has nothing to do with me. If you are homeless, why? Lots of people lost jobs. But if you are supposedly looking for a job, then why haven't you been able to find one when there have been umpteen Help Wanted signs out for months?
