Back in the day, before cable TV was available, I remember seeing him on late at night when I wasn't supposed to be watching TV.

Not my thing, sales, but he was good at it and very successful. But you always knew in the back of your mind that stuff was total crap.

Can't beat the late 70's early 80's. You could do all your holiday gift shopping on the TV, Ronco, K-tel records and a set of Ginsu knives for mom..
